Originally thought as an exclusive title, Rayman Legends used the Wii U Gamepad for some functionalities. After going multiplatform, the Wii U and PlayStation Vita versions of Rayman Legends gave the ability to control Murphy in certain stages through touch controls. This interaction was removed from the other versions.

Rayman Legends is a dazzling explosion of color and creativity, bursting with some of the most inventive platforming levels you'll ever play. Its vibrant visuals, whimsical characters, and toe-tapping soundtrack make it a pure joy to experience. Rayman Legends offers fantastic single-player fun, but absolutely shines in chaotic couch co-op. While some of the touch-screen-focused levels on the Wii U feel less engaging in solo play, the overall package is a must-have for platformer fans.
I don't have as many memories with this one as I do Origins, but that's not a slam on this game by any stretch. Legends is every bit as polished & well-executed as Rayman's previous outing, if not more so. The ridiculously fun music-themed levels are worth the price of admission by themselves. Another vibrant, cartoony, high-octane & creative entry in the Rayman canon. Bonus points for the Mario Bros. costumes in the Wii U version.
Oh ok, so the Wii U and PS Vita are the same? Doesn't surprise me much, but I knew there were versions with differences.
This game feels really like an infinite platform to return anytime and it will always offer something new for me. I don't wanna imagine how it will be 100% this game, and I think I'll be more than satisfied with just beating the main game.
Great sequel btw, as amazing as the Origins.
