DLC for RimWorld

With Biotech, colonists (and outsiders) can become pregnant and give birth. Pregnancy can begin naturally, or via technological means, and can be controlled by a variety of methods. Babies bring joy, but also challenges. Colonists’ hearts will melt when the baby coos and giggles in their arms. But it takes effort to keep a baby happy and healthy and loved - create a safe haven for them in a cozy pastel nursery where there is always warm milk, a comfortable crib, overflowing toy chests and kind caregivers.

This DLC has a few issues with it imo. It ends up stepping on a few modders toes in regards to things like "The Mechanist" (in regards to the popular mod "WTH: What The Hack?!") and the ability to finally have children (which had been added from other mods before hand, along with a complexity of inherited traits) however, the developers added their own twists on these things like the mechanist having limited bandwidth and the kinds of mechanoids that have such specialised roles.

The big major addition is the genes and how they work along with machines to help create, extract and combine different genes along with growth vats to age your children up, allowing you to have a playthrough where you can create a race of super-beings or even use these genes to solve issues of colonists who might be weak in certain areas or boost the abilities of one who is already strong in those areas instead.

Again, another great DLC with so many possibilities and also many additions added via the modders too.

Sadly I don't have any videos of me streaming me playing with this specific DLC.

another pretty great expansion. haven't gotten through too much of it yet, but I really enjoy the genetic changes so far.
