Whoever made blue discs, your mom's a ho

Repetitive missions, floaty controls, inconsistent physics, and some of the worst rubberbanding I have seen in a long time. This souped up PSX game may have been impressive when it came out, but's incredibly frustrating to play now. Only redeeming quality might be the radio girl, shoutout to her.

I remember playing this at my uncle's house right after he bought his PS2. Remember being blown away at how huge the free-roam mode felt, marveling at how amazing the graphics looked. I would've been 10 or 11 at the time. I think that even then I realized there wasn't much more to this game than that initial experience. A couple years later I got a PS2 of my own and a used copy of SR and I don't think I played it more than twice.
Truly one of the classics of the "console launch game" genre.

Really fun game, but physics are not good, missions are repetitive, if it was an online multiplayer game it was a verry better game.
This is one of those games that everything is bad and it's still weirdly fun!

One of those special games where you cant quite figure out who the audience for this is supposed to be. My guess is the parents of 8 year old boys who just got a PS2 and needed a game to go along with it.

of all the playstation 2's launch titles, this is one of them

bullying works. rockstar made this, got panned for it and then cranked out a top 10 video game of all time in san andreas, so that's neat
