has some cool mechanics and it's kinda ugly but in a way i find endearing despite any sense of good taste. like the way the enemies move with choppy animations and such is funny to me. but it gets a bit too specifically designed rather quickly and devolves into total "how in the world would i ever figure that out" for the final 1/8th. foundations for a pretty neat puzzler but again, gets too demanding and specific in ways that feel unreasonable in its "normal" stages. the hard stages are probably hell. the credits rap is amazing

I don't like the puzzle design. It just doesn't intrigue me. Add to this the clunky controls, and Toki Tori just feels bad to play. The rewind feature is nice but doesn't compensate.
It's also kind of ugly...

A really bland boring puzzle game.

Certainly surprised me. I got this game in a big indy bundle AGES ago. Not much of it has been memorable, however this game is very clever and fun little puzzle game. At times the puzzles are a bit too clever and really beyond me in a big way, but it's fun nonetheless. The story is you play as Toki who has had all the eggs stolen and the objective of each mission is to retrieve the eggs.puzzles get more complex as the levels change and you gain new abilities which are needed to get from A to B in many different locations. It really puts your grey matter to the test.

It's cool, but I tapped out during Creepy Castle (World 2 :/). I am simply not smart enough, unfortunately both in terms of the planning and the actual execution.
