Dragon ball fusions has a different perspective when aborting gameplay of a game with the title Dragon Ball. DBF uses a rather peculiar shift system but a lot of fun is functional, running away from the "button smash" established in the series games. This detachment gave rise to a fun game with perfect mechanics for a pocket console.

its actually pretty interesting....
DBF is a JRPG with quite interesting/unique mesh of mechanics.
The most intriguing part of this game is the combat, it is turn-based and is very reliant on positioning and throwing people in the right direction, so that the enemy bounces off your allies for maximum damage
It also uses the DB-licence in an interesting way, instead of playing through the same 3 arcs like in most DB-games, it has an original "story", it is not good, however it pulls from the entire DB-lore, it features characters from DB, DBZ, DBGT & DBS (even Arale from Dr. Slump)
Unfortunately it becomes too grindy ~15h in, which made me drop it, but otherwise pretty interesting title!

It's the videogame version of all those crappy Dragon Ball fan-fics I used to read and make back in the early days of the fandom and I love it. It's a simple RPG with the fusions being the main feature and of course that doesn't disappoint. The swords being censored and replaced with sticks is pretty stupid though.
