As someone who genuinely respects the first installment of FNAF, I’m very upset that this game probably won’t ever see the light of day by now. After the disaster that was Security Breach, FNAF as a franchise desperately needs a return to roots which indulges in atmospheric horror. That may never happen.

its pretty neat i guess. the first one just perfectly gets the atmosphere. this one doesnt really have that same atmosphere and it adds more annoyances rather than new and interesting gameplay. like, at the start of every night there is this ghost-hunting minigame. and you have to do it EVERY night at the beginning. but it never changes or gets more interesting or anything. its the same thing every night
i also dont like these new designs. they dont look like animatronics, they look like they are trying to be scary. the original designs were scary because they looked like animatronics, and they looked a little uncanny. these look intentionally scary, and thats boring
