I really loved this game before they changed how leveling and perks worked. You used to be able to pick any mid fight, but then they changed that. With that and the leveling changes, comebacks became a thing of the past and it just became a snowballing shitshow. I'll always fondly remember the game from before that period, which I'd rate like 4.5/5, but the state it is in after is just shit.

Worthless, but did try something new.

Esse jogo era super divertido, diferente dos outros Mobas, e super frenético, mas parece que a empresa não conseguiu impulsionar mais e o jogo simplesmente morreu. Eu adorava a mecânica dos personagens.

kinda fun and an interesting take on mobas, i havent played it for oh my god its been 8 years what the fuck

One of the earlier takes on MOBA that tried to differentiate itself. It was entertaining for a while with its saturdaymorning cartoon artstyle and characters, the music selection was lit, I wouldn't mind if it was revived.

é legalzinho, mas não me conquistou

+ Fun and wacky gameplay.
- Not a lot of progression.

sometimes I love this game and sometimes it makes me want to die

Gosto muito, pena que não tem ninguém para jogar comigo.

The only good MOBA.
I swear I'm not only saying that because it's the only one I'm decent at.

Awesomenauts is an enjoyable 2D MOBA that adds a fun twist to the traditional MOBAs that we've seen take hold in the gaming space. Definitely worth a try, at the very least.

While not officially supported anymore yet still playable, Awesomenauts is and has been virtually the only 2D Moba in any form of relevance. Despite it not only fulfilling an interesting niche for platformer fans that want to combine the ability usage and team play of Mobas, it also is very aesthetically pleasing with its strong character designs that not only look great, but also are very easy to pick up and play within the game. Fans of Mobas, even now, should give Awesomenauts a shot as it provides its own unique thrill and twist on the genre.

Just a more-than-the-average MOBA with some originality on it: being a 2D platform. Dropped it after 2 hours and half of matches.

feel like pure shit just want her back

really fun on release and for awhile but romino got fully lost in the sauce and the game never really came back from it. before then, it was a neat take on mobas that had a neat little push-and-pull kind of flow to it

Interesting enough idea, might be more enjoyable for people who like MOBAs more than I do.

My first game I got addicted to. Will always hold a space in my heart.

I remember a time when many people I watched would play this game. It reminds of a time long past, nostalgia for a game that gave me my first anger meltdown.

felt like they were trying to reinvent the MOBA wheel here, and it mostly works out. not usually my particular bag, but i still had some fun. character designs are good here

such a dope looking game, great character designs, but actually playing it mostly feels like dogshit. never had one fight in this game that didnt feel grossly unfair one way or another

One of the best twists on a MOBA I've seen. Unfortunately the game is quite dead nowadays, and it's hard to get into matches that are not bots. If that were not the case, I'd bump the score up a bit more.

This game was so good. I'm only giving it a 3 because the balance slowly got worse, the monetization got worse (as all games that go from pay to f2p do) and because you really cannot play it any more as all the current players are just slavs who spent way more time on the game than you did.

I think the MOBA genre is interesting to people who like RPG-style approaches to stats, but the typical one plays like a shitty broken down car. Turning it into an actiony platformer-type of game was SO fun. Amazing music, very coherent art style, 3v3 made multiplay very easy. Just Ronimo drifted and had to do other things.

But how has nobody else made a game like this before???

used to be one of my favorite online games ever... until ronimo betrayed their playerbase with terrible updates and eventually dropping support alltogether
