It's been a really long time that I played this game but I have a special place for this game in my heart because I was going through tough times by the time I played this and it helped me through the night where I couldn't sleep.

Ma’am, I have just been subjected by this game to biblical abominations of reflex skill games, utter horrors of foot racing, trampoline jumping, bomb diffusing, bomb fishing, bomb matching, bomb rolling, bomb shooting, and for all I know bomb swallowing. What this game expects anyone to do is far beyond anything that millions of years of evolution and/or God almighty’s creation alike could have ever expected the mere mortal human body to achieve, and I did it on a platform that the developers fifteen years ago could have never possibly imagined. If you want me to rescue you from the clutches of the dastardly pirate king, don’t ask me how I choose to do it if you think you won’t like the answer. Have a nice day.

Juegazo de minijuegos.
I enjoyed this game quite a bit. It's not perfect, but it has a decent story mode that will help kill a few hours of time. I didn't even play this for the "Bomberman" gameplay and it was still an interesting experience.
I really hate it when minigame compilations demand perfection across every single one of their stinking minigames. Sure some of them may be great but you'll always have those stinkers the game loves to throw at you and this compilation mess is no exception. With some flexibility on game progression, I could recommend this. But it doesnt. So I cant.
A bundle of quirky minigames, strung together by a story mode that scratches an itch of collecting things. Bomb Bowling should be a sport at the Olympics

No está mal, los gráficos son muy buenos y diría que aprovecha bastante bien las capacidades de la nintendo DS a nivel de minijuegos, porque son bastante variados y aprovechan todo lo que se puede hacer con el stylus e incluso algunos utilizan micrófono. Fuera de eso, el gameplay se basa en ir de un sitio a otro buscando los minijuegos que te quedan por completar, la historia es una tontería y la música es repetitiva de cojones. Lo que más me molesta realmente es que el juego tiene una única batalla contra jefe, la misma todo el puto rato y pues he acabado cansada. Recomendado para los chavales eso sí.
Ta' bien. Prefiero muchísimo más el segundo pero quería rejugar el primero después de mucho tiempo. La base está ahí y siempre voy a decir que esto es un metroidvania con minijuegos (los cuales algunos eran chungos dios santo)

No es nada habitual encontrar un juego de Bomberman en el que no puedes poner bombas, pero éste es el vivo ejemplo de que se puede romper con el gimmick principal de toda una franquicia y aún así hacer un buen juego. Este juego tiene una historia muy sencilla y nada profunda, pero esa sencillez le aporta una calidez extra a este divertido juego en el que nos tendremos que enfrentar a un sinfín de minijuegos diferentes de todo tipo para poder desbloquear nuevas áreas del mapa con aún más minijuegos. Parece que la diversión nunca vaya a acabar aquí.
first game i ever played and one of the best games i ever played. Best battle mode in the series no question. 8 player bomberman is damn near unrivaled
I felt amused by the memories of my childhood coming back to my mind during this playthrough. Loved to see these familiar faces again. I completed the adventure in normal difficulty in a single run. Had some trouble finding the last pieces and had to use a guide to discover where they were. Really fun and challenging.
