Has 0 substance at all gameplay wise but one of the best vibes ever created

got this at a going out of business video game rental place and my life was never the same

de blob walked so splatoon could run

this game is awesome. so much attitude. so fun. so interesting. i wish this series stuck around

cool concept
once again fuck the system de blob so real for that
played it because i have a wii copy of de blob 2 and i would like to finish it someday so i though appropriate to play this first :)

Cute little game about coloring the world.

It was cute and fun back in the day, even if it didn't hold my interest for long.

Why did I think Splatoon was a de Blob sequel when it was first announced?

why does this game have nazis in it?

The music will stick with me forever, but I will not stick with the game past the fourth level or so.

Not too bad, kinda weird controls on Wii but solid

Lots to like but gets a bit repetitive and the levels are very long. Style is on point though!

A very charming game but the e levels are wayyyyy tooo long. Play de blob 2

one of those games that just appears, is great, and then leaves

no i will not recognize de blob 2 i simply dont care

Fun for a bit, levels feel way too long and it wears out its welcome pretty quickly.

Owned it on the Wii, never finished it. Got it on pc, never finished it. I decided to finally push though and beat it. Solid game, visual are nice, and the ost is one of the best I’ve ever heard. My major problem with the game is that each level is at least an hour long, there no save points or stopping, you have to commit to playing the entire level for the full hour while on a semi-strict timer. Overall it’s very solid and I have fond memories of it on the Wii

I have a really irrational hatred for this game and my friend gets mad at me everytime I shittalk it around her

Blissful is one is the most beautiful songs i've heard in a video game. Easily in my top 5 favorite sounds pieces, not even kidding it's that good. Also the fact that your color changes the tempo of the music is such a cool detail. This isn't about the game, but the music is absolutely incredible. So underrated.

kingdom hearts fans' worst enemy

This is one of the first games that I ever beat completely on my own. I loved my experience with this game. The concept was already really cool but the gameplay itself was also executed very well. Blob controls well and the game is cute. Has a special place in my heart

dunno why i enjoyed this game as much as i did, but what the heck it’s actually fun. the music is great, the levels are genuinely fun to explore. it’s nothing mind-blowing, but it’s actually a banger

A bit of an unfocussed and messy game design. I didn't find it fun.

Everytime I saw an ad for this game as a kid I wanted this game so bad

Fun for the first half hour but then each level keeps going and going and going...until you've spent hours collecting stuff and the level exit has been sat waiting for you the whole time.

Back when I originally had this on the Wii, I did really like the aesthetic of painting everything different colours while jazzy music plays in the background, but then Splatoon did it so much better that now I can't go back to this.

A great example of a game with far too much content for each level, resulting in collectible hell. It therefore manages to be the polar opposite of Spirit of the North.

A childhood favourite. An upbeat jazzy soundtrack, a pretty rewarding and satisfying gameplay loop and enough content to keep you going for a few hours, this is still worth it for the 10p it goes for. Controls sucked on the Wii though.
