Something about the atmosphere is so captivating to me. It's scary and tense in a weird way - like I don't know what it could possibly throw at me. Which is kind of true, because I've never been able to accomplish even one task in this game.

It's too difficult and esoteric about its mechanics for me. I really like it as a weird oddity that I can't explain, though. I'm sure this game was developed by a team of human beings, but ever time I think about it, it feels like it just appeared suddenly out of thin air. I like not knowing anything about it.

It's not good, though. I wouldn't recommend it.

can’t really recommend this game as a game because it’s … not but from what i recall the audio makes it extremely effective as an experience.
you’re in the dark & there are monster sounds, footsteps, you catch glimpses of ¿something¿ & you try to remain undetected which is easier said than done especially when you’re pissing your pants

one time my partner got me to play some of this, the cerberus and satyr levels
in the dark
with their headphones on
in our old cell block-lite apartment where no other sound ever got in anyways
& i cried so much & refused to keep going & i won’t go back

quit playing depths of fear: knossos you’re scaring the [wife]
