Okay, so here we have a supposed port of the 2008 compilation for Windows... On one hand, the content itself isn't bad since we have a better version of DMC3SE for PC compared to the 2006 one. On the other hand, this is a completely unstable emulated version. Without a "exit to desktop" option, because after all, this is a virtual PlayStation 2 at 1080p with corrected aspect ratio to 16:9, if you want to exit, press Alt+F4, which is a shame because I played most of it on my TV via Steam Link, far away from the keyboard. The menu textures remain low quality, So you can have a bit of nostalgia in 480i as well, maybe that was good since Alt+Tab usually crashes the game.

It's so sad to see that the most accessible way to play the first three Devil May Cry games currently is to pay 99.99 BRL on Steam for three poorly emulated versions.

I actually really enjoyed the horror aspects you can feel from DMC1.

I usually have really low standards for how much I enjoy a game, but never have I felt so disrespected and hated by a game like DMC 2, never will I play that again.

Lady is a really cool character in 3, I enjoyed her story a lot alongside the rivalry the 2 brothers had and someday I'll have to buy 4 and 5 and see where it goes.

acabei de zerar o devil may cry 1, peguei esse jogo pq gosto de devil may cry desde q joguei o 3 no ps2, não passava da primeira fase mas sempre achava muito foda a cutscene inicial do dante fodão, então sempre jogava o inicio esperando passar.... nunca passei, mas tendo essa coleção vou acabar jogando o 3 com certeza.

comecei pelo 1 obviamente, e gostei bastante.... mais do q pensei q gostaria, por ser um jogo antigo achei q ia ter uma gameplay meio fudida e isso iria me desanimar... a gameplay é meio fudida mas não deixa de ser legal.

oq mais gostei no jogo de longe foram os visuais, muito vibes, bem vibes, fora isso a trilha sonora é pica, e a gameplay vc acaba se acostumando.

vou jogar o resto e volto aqui para falar sobre..... acho.

Bom acabei de zerar o dmc 2 e vou falar oq achei sobre, lembro de ver uma rapaziada falando mal e uma rapaziada endeusando (não sei se essa palavra existe) e já fiquei meio pá achando q ia ser ruim...... quando entrei no jogo percebi q ele era meio q o 1 só q com a gameplay mais fluída

e agr após zerar não sei se é exatamente isso, ele é meio q o 1 e tem a gameplay mais fluída de fato, mas ele tem outra diferença absurda tbm q é a dificuldade, enquanto no 1 eu ainda sofria um pouco nos bosses e morria algumas vezes até entender as mecânicas, no 2 teve uns 2 boss q só fiquei parado dando tiro sem tomar nenhum hit até o boss morrer..... um deles sendo o boss final.

Não literalmente o boss final, (a peituda q pega fogo e vira homem corno) mas oq vem antes dele, q é uma mistura bizonha de todos os boss do jogo em um só, o único q tive q me mexer foi aquele q taca raio, e a aranha fdp q taca fogo (q tem no 1 inclusive, achei isso daora 👍)

não só por isso, mas no 1 quando vc morria vc voltava no início da fase, a não ser q tivesse o orbe amarelo, nesse aqui mesmo sem ter o orbe vc volta de onde morreu, full life e com o devil trigger no talo..... não to dizendo q isso é ruim, é só uma diferença gritante q notei na dificuldade dos 2, claro q não zerei nos modos mais dificeis pq não sou doente, mas no 1 tbm não fiz isso e tive um certo aperto parar passar de alguns bosses.

outra diferença grande q notei foi nas trilhas sonoras, nesse é definitivamente mais pica q no 1

eu inicialmente taquei o fds quando vi q tinha a campanha da lucia, pq eu não sabia quem era ela, não ligava pra ela, e não queria saber sobre ela, zerei com o dante e pensei "pô vou entrar pra testar vai" e zerei rapidinho (dando uma rushada), ainda não ligo pra ela, e não quero saber sobre ela, talvez pq a história do jogo não ajude? talvez....

não q seja ruim, mas igual no 1 meio q tanto faz tanto fez, no 1 é mais legalzinho até na vdd, mas nesse aqui é bem fds msm

não sei dizer se ele é uma boa continuação, se ele é digno de um 2, mas ele tem suas melhoras do 1 pro 2, só não são muitas, mas no geral é divertido de jogar com certeza.

acho q é isso, é um jogo bem curtinho e divertido pra só sair jogando no fds sem pensar em nada enquanto vê uma live, podcast, etc....

alguma hr vou jogar o 3, q é oq eu joguei na infância e dizem ser o melhor do ps2, e venho falar oq achei

1st - The game is quite short and it has multiple missions that you can finish before the end.
The only problem for me has to do with the controllers and the camera movement. You cannot move the camera freely which makes the game more confusing at times (sometimes you can't see where the enemies are and it's hard to jump onto things)...

Good game but I think those two things should be improved greatly.
Also, that ending was quite funny... I don't know what the idea was.

2nd - Just like the first, the missions are very short and the game is rather easy. I don't understand why this game gets so much hate but I don't dislike it (I'd say I quite like it).

3rd - I still need to start this one

Jogos muito bons:
DMC1: Legal, mas com um combate meio frustrante
DMC2: Legalzinho, mas o mais fraco da trilogia
DMC3: O melhor da franquia e mais divertido
Recomendo os três, sim até o DMC2

DMC1: It's a decent start that admittedly I didn't really like at first. The controls felt really limited for an action game and you can really feel the Resident Evil DNA that stuck after the game switched gears. However, I got my hands on more weapons as I gave it more time and this ended up becoming a solid game that while the rest of the series probably does better (haven't played them as of writing this) I think might still worth going back to. 8/10.

DMC2: What an absolute downgrade from the original. It somehow makes the flaws even worse from the original and takes away the good elements at the same time. The story is absolutely boring, Dante became a cardboard box, and I don't care about Lucia or how she plays into the narrative. The gameplay is repetitive and boring, with empty and dull missions to play through. This is one of the only games that I have put down because I actively wasn't having fun. Do not waste your time, play DMC1 and skip right to 3. 3/10.

DMC3: An excellent return to form that introduces a few fan-favorite characters (Vergil is fucking awesome). The combat loop has returned from monotony to engaging and fun, especially with the weapon variety this time around. You really think about your loadout and how to spend Red Souls upgrading them, as well as your health and Devil Trigger guage. The story this time around was fun as well, getting to meet new characters like Lady and Vergil make the story really fun and Dante is back to his loveable goofy self after losing his way in DMC2. Just an absolute banger all around. 9/10.
