This game would be 10/10 if the scoring worked like every other Dr Mario game ever released

A very fun take on Dr. Mario. Operation L is a cool amd unique spin on the Dr. Mario gameplay

Same thing as Dr. Mario but with the "L" shape. Mostly it is cool because it is different than the traditional Dr. Mario games, but doesn't carry as much weight for me. Especially since Miracle Cure added the Luigi mode which makes this game obsolete. There is no need for me to play this one anymore, but that doesn't mean it still isn't kind of cool. I enjoy it as a puzzle game and think that adding a spin to a game which hadn't had a spin in awhile keeps it relevant.

Dr. Mario games will always get high marks from me. But something about this experience is weirdly hollow? Maybe it just feels rushed to me or something? The actual Luigi mode is kind of half-baked, feels like they just did it for the meme and didn't really think too heavily about it.

It's just Dr Mario but with Luigi and it's on the Wii U rather than the NES and it has online multiplayer now. They forgot to do anything particularly inventive in this downloadable game, but it's a little more accessible at least, and it's still fun so whatever. Well, okay, there are a few new modes, but they're pretty forgettable and you'll never play them more than once. It's fine!

What if Dr. Mario was ooz'n with cool. Dr. Luigi comes in with a big fat L shaped punt to your grandma's Dr. Mario. This game is p tight. Can you imagine choosing the shorter doctor?

Its Dr Mario with modern presentation and some extra modes. probably the best way to play. a fairly cheap game.

Great puzzler that surpasses the original format with a fun new gimmick. Plus, Luigi is adorable.

i think luigi may have cheated on the final exam for his PhD because he's doing the same thing as dr. mario but infinitely more tedious.

It's Dr. Mario again, which is fundamentally a solid title every time, but with Luigi instead.
The new "Operation L" mode is fine enough, though there isn't really much to it since you're strictly limited to the L shape.

I think I'm the only person who played this so I will skew its review.
