I enjoyed Hamtaro as a kid; I had some plush and VHS tapes. This game is extremely charming and offers more than just sports minigames (which are quite fun and sometimes difficult). I'd open it every so often to play some minigames or just run around the overworld.

One million games in my backlog but noooo can't play any of those. Have to act on my brand-new overwhelming urge to play a Hamtaro sports mini game collection for the Game Boy Advance! Kind of good though. A number of these minigames are surprisingly hard, sometimes in a fun, challenging way and sometimes in a frustrating, unfair way. Cute pixel art hamsters soften the frustration

Sailing is really hard for me for some reason

Ham-Ham Games is essentially just a single-player minigame compilation with a light story attached. Its gameplay is good enough and the minigames are fun distractions, but the game really shines with its charm and character writing.

So many of the hamsters radiate that Saturday morning cartoon feeling in that best way possible. You have your grumpy field hamster, your tubby cowardly hamster, your guitar-playing mohawk-wearing hamster, among so many (maybe TOO many) others. The game just feels inviting, thanks also in part to the colorful and vibrant graphics. With gameplay so simple you would think one playthrough was enough, and for some it may be, but turning off your brain and relaxing with this game is where it truly excels.

AI cheated hard on this one, no fair. Cool concept.

A serious misstep in the series that has very little connection to the previous games.

This is another Hamtaro all-time fave game of mine.
I played this so much with a friend of mine!!

This one doesn't really have a storyline, but the olympic games are very fun, I think my faves are beach volley, tennis & synchronized swimming.
They're all clever and well made though, and can be a bit of a challenge when in difficult mode.

Why are the rainbow babies doing all the work?? Lmao.

I won the Ham-Ham games on stream!

Some of the minigames were a bit unfair

after reading the other reviews I'm glad it wasn't just me who though this game was a smidge hard!! xD I think the only 2 gold medals I ever got as a kid were in swimming and archery! xD

The sprites in this game are endearing, and the game was surprisingly a challenge. Albeit, a tad bit difficult for younger me. The button mashing at one point hurt my fingers.

The SCOPE of this game is perfect, and it looks stunning.
