Decent 20 minute experience.

Great demo. A fun, unusual sokoban with a clear identity. I look forward to the full game.

A decent and short puzzle game about getting two people to shake their hands.

The visual style isn't its strong point and there is unfortunately only 1 track that runs throughout the entire game, but it has some creative levels and introduces players to its mechanics at a good pace.

I'm looking forward to the planned sequel and how they'll expand on this idea. The last few levels of this one were tricky, so I'm imagining that an expanded version will be quite the handful. I'll see myself out now.

dont feel like looking up a guide

A charming and well designed puzzle game, that acomplishes without needing to cut or add anything. It makes me think on the old internet browser games in the best way possible. Play it really cool🀝.
Also, it lasts less than an hour and itΒ΄s free, so if you donΒ΄t play it you are pretty much a terrorist (or someone who really doesnΒ΄t like handshakes.

Pretty simple and sweet little puzzle game. Usually when I play these types of games I get pretty fed up after a while, but this one was perfectly short, and had just enough simplicity to keep me entertained until the end. I like the little handshake guys they're cool.

Really put your brain to test, I love it.

Pretty neat sokoban game with a price that can't be beat

Please but short puzzle game. 🀝

A nice wee brain teaser.
Handshakes is a clever little innovation on the sokoban archetype that simply asks a pair of questions; "what if not one but two people pushed about the boxes" and "what if those two just wanted to shake hands".

The art and music are both simple and delightful, as far as a free game goes I cannot complain about value but I do hope that that Hands On, the upcoming sequel gives us some visual and audio variation to spice things up a little.

Handshakes does what it aims to do well, gives you a nice amount of levels with smart scaling of ideas and mechanics but other than that initial "ah that's clever" from the idea there's rarely a eureka moment.
Easy to recommend but hard to gush about.

Fun and simple puzzles. Plus it can be played co-op on the same keyboard.

A strand type puzzle game about social connections.

This games story is life changing brho

hand shakes
pretty fun puzzles, nothing special

Fun puzzle game! Sequel will go brrrr

Cool short little game. Beat it in exactly 58 minutes and it was an enjoyable little brainteaser.

An effective and cute puzzler about two people that just really want to shake hands with each other. Both visually and gameplay wise the game is simple; with a lot of the gameplay revolving around moving boxes or hitting levers to reach each other. It also introduces new mechanics naturally, and can be quite challenging in later levels by forcing players to think outside the bun. Also you can cut off each others hands, which I feel helps a lot when it comes to relieving stress. If you're looking for a fun little puzzler, why not handshakes?

"Fireboy And Watergirl" is better
but game is free

C'mon boys, won't you shake a poor sinner’s hand?

Me and my girlfriend played this together and we felt like the smartest persons ever alive every time we solved one of the levels, yes, is THAT kind of game.

Handshakes was an extremely pleasant surprise, what seemed like a charming albeit simple free experience ended up being an incredible puzzle game, with thoughtful and fun level design and concept, and was a blast to go through.

Sure, a really plain visual style, just having one song and its briefness are things that do hold it back, but don't drag the experience in the slightest. Some levels here are amazing, and what seems like such limiting concept ends up giving some amazing puzzles; it's a very smart game, not only because it makes you FEEL smart, but it also knows how to use its elements and mechanics to their fullest potential, they may be simple additions, but they feel game-changing, and in a way they are. The level β€˜β€™Not what it seems’’ ended up being one of my favorites despite being one of the simplest, it’s just… chef’s kiss.

Also, after playing a puzzle game without a rewind feature, this one having felt like the fucking ascension.

I don't know, it just was an extremely cool and pleasant puzzle game, just a couple of guys being dudes, shaking hands and having really fun puzzle design. I cannot wait for the sequel, it has the potential to be something incredible, and I'm all here for it.

Are you ready?!
