This game lost two points because climbing ladders is the worst thing ever. But typical lego fun even though I know nothing about batman lool. Its always fun to play these co-op with a homie.
My headcannon for this game is that it's a continuation to Burton's Batman universe. Lego Batman 1 is my favorite Lego game, mainly for the aesthetic and villian story mode.

It is mandatory that you make your child play this so they can have a normal childhood.
It suffers from some of the early lego game jank and the levels are a little one demential compared to the others in the series.
This game is a perfect example of less is more. Easily my favourite of the trilogy.
