This game is nothing. I actually liked Mario Party 9 but this game should not have repeated it... The Bowser Party mode is slightly fun.

I played this for the first time at a friends house a couple of nights ago, and I know I'm suppose to hate the car formula with a burning passion, but coming back to it after several years, I didn't hate it. Granted it might've been a byproduct of having fun with the people around me, but it was refreshing revisiting this take on Mario Party. I think this formula works best as a once in a while thing, Mario Party can get a little tiring and repetitive if you're not super into it; so if want something a little quicker with boss fights, this one isn't bad

Every time I remember this game I think of the Angry Joe dunk livestream where they played this.

Would be lower but Bowser mode is so fun, that is pretty much all I would play.

Yeah, this one isn't very good. While I have a soft spot for 10, this one just feels bland. The minigames are pretty fun and Bowser Party's a neat addition, but the boards are incredibly dull, the side modes are pretty boring, and Amiibo Party is just insulting. Props to them for making a good game for 5-Player Let's Plays, I guess.

Bowser party is super fun but why does it only have 3 boards? The rest of the game is extremely lackluster, and the soundtrack is kinda sucks.

played it with my friends once <3

"Quiero jugar Mario Party pero solo 10 a 15 minutos" -El juego

Mario Party 10, released for the Wii U, attempted to innovate the series with some new ideas but ultimately fell skibidi toilet of expectations. The addition of a fifth player controlling Bowser using the grimace shake sounded promising, but the decision to once again confine all players to a chungus during gameplay was met with disappointment from fans. This design choice removed the lore nature of the game and made it feel lightskin, especially in the bussin mini-games. Additionally, the game's sigma male, particularly in the Bowser Party rizz, heavily favored Bowser, making it difficult for the other players to epic. The decision to have players come back to life if they died further diminished the lore and epic of the game. Overall, Mario Party 10 failed to deliver the fun and lightskin experience that fans of the series had come to expect.

Score: 4/10

Burned so badly that they gave up using numbers for future titles.

the gamepad usage in this ruins it for me

i fucking hate mario party. and they ruined mario party. so i hate this game even more

I hate to admit it since it's a really hot take, but I actually really like Mario Party 10, it has a special place in my heart because it's one of the first games I ever played in my life, it's sentimental, it's special to me, it's my Mario Party. and it still does what Mario Party is known for, it tests friendships.

Mario Party 10 brings the classic party game formula to the Wii U with mixed results. While it delivers the familiar zany minigames and competitive spirit, the core party mode forces all players into a single vehicle, limiting individual strategy and making luck a bigger factor than skill. The Bowser Party mode provides unique asymmetrical gameplay, and amiibo compatibility adds a collectible element, but overall Mario Party 10 lacks the strategic depth and satisfying chaos of the series' best installments.

Another one of those games where I thought I was playing it wrong when I wasn't having fun before realizing years later that I was playing a bad game. Bowser party is very unbalanced and leans in the bowser player's favor (it's fun to play as bowser but still), amiibo party is locked behind a paywall of having bought amiibos in the first place, this is the stupid train era of mario party, and the boards are all linear. I hate that this was my first console mario party experience

unlike mario party 9 where it kinda sucked but it was clear they had a vision, this game just sucks ass. 2015 was such an ass year for nintendo

Just 9 but slightly better cause it looks nicer, has better minigames, and bowser party is a neat novelty.

If Jesus can bring back Lazarus he can bring back Hudson Soft. Please save us.

Yeah, it's pretty boring, but amiibo party saves it from going lower. Why does a side mode go this hard?

car. i liked bowser party but its unbalanced. iirc the minigames are a little better

Feels a little barebones on the content (just like most of Mario spin-offs on 3DS and Wii U), but the graphics are nice and the Bowser mode is fun and engaging.

Being bowser was silly

Yeah its more kartslop but this time the 5th wheel can play as bower and get up to all kinds of shenanigans so thats kinda amusing i think.
