My Stepbro is a Femboy is a masterpiece made by owlyboi, whom you may be filimar with if you've read their other works such as Femboys of the Phalanx, Femboy Besties, Femboy Bangers - Pub & Grill, Futanari of the Amazon, My Stepmom is a Futanari, Violet Girl, Futanari Vampire Girlfriend, My Stepmom is a Futanari 2, My Stepmom is a Futanari 3, My Stepsis is a Futanari, My Therapist is a Futanari, My Boss is a Futanari, My Doctor is a Futanari, My Yandere is a Futanari, My Pet Sitter is a Futanari, My Trainer is a Futanari, and the upcoming Femboys & Fries. They've been making some of the greatest modern eroge that can even overshadow and outclass even the classics like Persona: Ingyaku no Kamen, X-Girl, and Amy's Fantasies.
