Nostalgic ahh game. Good gameplay, smooth and it’s got the nice Saturday college atmosphere. Classic.

It's good

PLEASEE COME BACK I NEED YOU PLEASEEEEE

this was great! i played throught he CFB revamped mod to get hype for the new (and hopefully not dogshit) NCAA game and i heard this one was solid. it really was, i'm not gonna pretend i know why it's so much better than the others, and i'm also not gonna pretend i had this substantially better experience than just booting up the latest madden and running a couple exhibition games or even a season. i don't engage with these games like a lot of people, they're very much just quick pick up and play a game or two experiences. that being said, i do love the vibe of the NCAA games, and the CFB revamped mod clearly had a lot of love put into it.

Probably the best sports game I've played in terms of gameplay itself. Dynasty mode is always a blast and the new recruiting system was so much easier to navigate and less complicated to do. Just a great game that I keep coming back to

The mechanics of the game handle better than any other football game I've ever played. It's detailed without being frustrating. It coddles you the right amount with play calling. The read option mechanic is particularly fun.

Each stadium's atmosphere is surprisingly detailed and fun. I miss the FCS teams held in earlier games, but it's a decent size team list.

The Road to Heisman (or whatever the player mode is called) is so fun. Taking the guy all the way from high school to dominating the nation is satisfying. Putting the upgrades in the player's hands makes the game as challenging as you want it.

The dynasty mode isn't as great as past years, it's really, really easy to dominate in 2-3 years.

I miss this series every day. There are no other games that are quite like NCAA 14. I have a cautious hope for NCAA 25, we'll see.

Sports games collectively went downhill after this.

College Football Revamped is easily one of the greatest modding achievements that's ever been done in the whole medium. The sheer undertaking to painstakingly drag a great but obviously dated game into the modern era and pretty much allow the things NCAA allows for to continue to be possible is second-to-none. It's absolutely kept the flame alive on a game that I have and probably will still put in hundreds of hours into. So I wanted to give CFR's team their flowers in that regard.

The last good football game. Road to glory alone makes this way better than any new madden's, couple that with the fact that the gameplay is just generally way better. If you like football but you're tired of EA's bullshit, I'd suggest trying this one out

I Jailbroke my PS3 to play CFB. Besides some frame drops which are expected with a PS3, I love it.

I WANT THIS GAME SO BAD FUCK PLEASEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE

One of my favorite sports games. Great gameplay, great presentation, deep franchise mode, and fun Road To Glory. Long load times and some occasional glitches and crashes are the only real complaints I have

smoking that dynasty mode with CFB Revamped

My favorite football game ever made. The variety of offensive systems and playbooks aren't seen in the NFL, and the dynasty mode is unmatched in capturing the feeling of becoming a college football powerhouse. The recruiting system has been streamlined from prior titles (some people didn't like this but in my opinion it was needed)

Holds up well today. So much depth into the dynasty, recruiting is really well thought out and interesting with lots of mechanics to keep you interested and reward your interest. The game play is amazing, seen some classic games that really blew me away, hard to get from any game. Update rosters by the community keep this thing so alive. It feels like NCAA 2k23.

Arguably the best football game ever made, this game came out just late enough to still look and play great and just early enough into the mtx system that plagues newer sports games to not get completely screwed up by it. Recruiting is much simpler than in older games, which may be something you don't like if you want to play a Visual Novel where you convince 18 year olds to play football for you. This game also has the most modern playbooks of any NCAA game, which is great as the move to the spread in recent football is something you can efficiently emulate. Dynasty is amazing and gives this game an infinite timespan, and the growing PC support means this game might outlast the reboots. Highly recommended for anyone who likes college football or football in general. GBO
