Some nice, moody visuals with a matching soundtrack. The gameplay is a very dull mix of Dungeon Master style first person with simplistic side scrolling arcade segments.

I pop this game in once a decade to see if it'll get any better and it never does. Every design decision generally falls somewhere between sadistic, obtuse, and incompetent. The intrigue of the funky geometry and muted British atmosphere can't carry it for very long, especially once you realize there are only two songs and the environments are all more or less identical. There are no credits in the SNES version or its booklet which makes me a little sad for whatever reason.
