Melhor pokemon da história

Arguably one of the best in the series.

My favorite from my childhood, just perfect!

The only Pokémon game i've rage quitted and never picked up again. First off the game is too slow, the Pokémon you get are all pretty boring being as they require some bs requirement to evolve or they are just from a previous generation. The story, which is made for kids, takes on some lyrical spiritual religious world domination plan. This plot made no sense to my 10 year old mind at the time of playing. What happened to the easy to understand eco-terrorism of Ruby and Sapphire. Or the literal, easiest to understand, Pokémon thief's team rocket. Game freak was doing to much with the Sinnoh league. HM slaves are still required, contests are stupid, berries are stupid, the fossil underground was useless, and status conditions are still a tac in the rear end. Most of all though, YOU STILL HAVE TO GRIND SO MUCH. This game is just not fun, so once I lost to Cynthia, I just called it. This game sucks, worst Pokémon game. I will add, this is not some Gen Alpha review, I'm a zoomer that watched Diamond and Pearl on Cartoon Network from 2009-2014 (2014 when they moved it too boomerang; will say Paul is underrated).

When eres el peor Pokémon: Hola soy Escarlata y Púrpura.

Currently playing this game has made me genuinely want to invest in the older consoles to revisit it as it was intended. But currently it’s still an amazing game to revisit even with it being on my Delta Emulator

It's Pokemon on the DS, it won't dissappoint lol!

Finished playing Pokemon Platinum.

Very fun game, team galactic were cool but I feel like they weren’t as good as the teams in emerald and Cyrus was quite easy in all my battles against him. There was only one gym leader I had trouble against (which I can’t remember) but the person who I had most trouble with was Cynthia, beat her on my fourth try so she was fun to go up against (stupid garchomp). I feel like some cities were a little bland like snow point city but mount coronet was fun to explore. Altogether a great experience
8/10

I got through like, half of it. I think it was good, but it's unlikely that I'll finish the game

Heeeeeeeeeeeey, whaaaaaaat's uuuuuuuup, iiiiiiiiit's meeeeeeee

One of the best Pokemon games (fight me). I never felt that the D/P/P generation was slow like other people have expressed and the variety of Pokemon felt good, but not yet overwhelming. Platinum improves in every way on Diamond and Pearl to the point that there's really no reason to play those versions anymore now that this exists.

Cue the Piano

The return to Sinnoh manages to marvelously smooth out the edges that Diamond and Pearl had while expanding the content of the region. A more solid pokemon roster, enhanced characters, and the Distortion World. All hail the almighty lord Arceus and the devil Giratina himself!

It's a good one I mean, but it's just nother one.

Imagine someone handling you a broken glass, shiny and to some pretty but completely shattered into pieces, and they ask you to fix it while handling you only some spit and a bit tiny duct tape.

It can be hard to imagine how plausible it can be to fix this glass.... and yet mr. Giratina himself did it.
Pokemon Platinum takes the janky skeleton of Diamond and Pearl and fixes almost all of its issue, creating one of the best experiences in the Pokemon franchise.

The roster of mons is now more varied than ever, bringing a pokedex that is full of customization alongside some really cool new evolution fr some of the older monsters. The flew of the story, while not perfect, is much better and less confusing than the ones presented by Diamond and Pearl (Fantina is actually reachable without 10000 walks and loops now). The battles feels faster and more balanced, and the now evolved pokemon formula is fun as always, but also feels more balsnced because of the different changes included by the fourth gen (special and physical split alone is enough to ramp up the formula).

To this we had an incredible extra compared to what Dialga and Palkia showed us: the Distortion World is to this day one of the most stunning and impressive pokemon locations, and traverse it feels alienating, but thrilling and engaging. Even the villains got a more respectable showcase of their plan and motivations. The rest of the cast, including gym leaders, NPC and especially Cynthia have a lot more time to shine.

While not what I feel is the objectively best pokemon game, Pokemon platinum will forever be my favorite, and a must play if you are a fan of the franchise.

I still remember making my Torterra reach level 100 without the use of candies.... good times, man....

Very comfy game. Cynthia beat my ass as a kid

• Cynthia.

• This game is TOUGH, but it makes it more nail biting and satisfying when you see those OP mons go down in one hit. Much better to not be a nerd like me and obsess over coverage and just be smart and get hard hitting moves with STAB and stuff to keep your team alive

• Bibarel's face will stay with me forever (too many HMs to worry about 😑)

• Cynthia.

• Barry knows his stuff, fully evolved team and all. Scary rival yet so likeable.

• Distortion World, time and space, antimatter and origin of the world? Coolest lore ever easy. And that bit of Cyrus rejecting the human spirit and Cynthia embracing it? Dude...

• Giratina and all the new evolutions 😍

• THE MUUUUSICCC

• Cynthia. (´。• ᵕ •。`) ♡

i think this is probably one of the best ones but man old pokemon games really loved making you backtrack for literally no reason didnt they

The game I wasted most hours on

The most well-developed Pokemon region in a more complete, polished package.

Probably the best thing about this gen is that it was the first with every move being separated between physical and special, there's also a lot of great pokémon, Infernape is my favorite fire starter and Empoleon is awesome too, Luxray is probably my favorite electric because of it's design and is also very strong, Floatzel is cool and was decisive for me to me to finish the elite 4 without grinding due to it's speed, Staraptor is my favorite Normal/Flying, and there's others i didn't used like Gallade. the Elite 4 is also challenging and Cynthia is probably the best champion. But i thought Sinnoh was the weakest region besides Kanto, the atmosphere and towns aren't memorable, and the progression is slow, the story is also very stupid even by pokémon standards and there's a lot of dialogue, poketech is whatever, and you're basically forced to have Bibarel in the sixth slot because you need HMs all the time, so i used Giratina for Elite 4 to have a good slot and that's it. Also Lucario is the coolest pokémon in this gen besides empoleon and you only get it by the endgame, don't know why. The OST isn't as memorable as the 3rd gen, but there's some great themes like Cynthia. So far my least favorite pokémon game alongside FR/LG, but it was fun beating this after having to stop it close to the ending due to technical problems 3 years ago
