No one ever talks ab this game but dude it was so gas

PokéPark is an inoffensive adventure with simple gameplay and controls, but is kept interesting enough by meeting and talking with the various Pokémon around the diverse zones in the park. Gameplay boils down to talking with a Pokémon and playing their respective minigame to befriend them. These games include Chase (tag), Hide-and-Seek, and Battling, among others. As expected for a game targeted at children, the story is simple and the dialogue is even more so, but it brings a charm that befits the experience well. Certainly an enjoyable experience for Pokémon fans.

sei lá, o 2 é melhor mesmo

si je meurs j'espère que mon esprit ira là-bas

Game #53

Played as far as I could manage via emulation, which was more troublesome than it was worth. This was maybe my favorite game on the Wii as a kid, I played it so much.

This game was a major part of my childhood. It was one of the few Wii games I ever owned, and it was the first game I ever 100%'d. After over a decade since originally playing it, I really wanted to go back and play through it again.
Pokepark is such a cozy game. You just explore fun locations, play minigames, and try to befriend the pokemon around you. It's one of those games where it's just a soothing time, it never really gets intense. Throughout the entire time I played this game, I felt tranquil, and that's just nice.
The minigames were rather nice too! They're very much wii minigames, requiring you to move the controller around in some way, but they were rather easy to complete. And for a game like this, the minigames never bothered me one bit. I also love trying to befriend Pokemon, the little games you have to do are really fun too. Hide and Seek was a rare one, but I love whenever it appears. The combat ones are also fun as hell too.
Overall, Pokepark is just a nice and cozy time. It's one of those games that you can really just sit back and relax too, especially if you need to just chill. Though, I do hold a lot of nostalgia for this game, so that might just be me.

Cute game that is very dear to me. Very repetitive but it doesn't bother me that much :)

Please give us a pokepark 3 💔💔💔

Kinda vapid gameplay-wise, but undeniably so cute and filled my childhood desire for more games that let you play as a Pokemon

This gameplay is rather boring, but the charm, worldbuilding, and entire "befriending characters to help you out later" mechanic made this younger-me's favorite all time game.

Pfffftt. This games for babies!

Honestly, this game is lucky the franchise hadn't lost all its charm yet.

I have too much nostalgia for this game to rank it any lower

this game fulfilled my childhood fantasies of being a cute little pokemon and being friends with lots of pokemon

chikorita my girlie is a shining star

I adored this game as a child, despite playing it after the sequel lmao

I am so glad that I went through this game as a carefree kid instead of a jaded adult, as I may have never picked it up otherwise.

This shit brings me so much joy

A cute spin off where you go around as Pikachu talking to Pokemon, doing various mini tasks and just exploring what you can. I feel that had I played this as a much younger self I would have probably cherished it more.

Taking the nostalgia goggles off, this game was fun but it handholds the hell out of you. PokePark 2 was an improvement in every regard

A pretty underappreciated Wii game that has its share of flaws, but has a surprising bit of meat for what is a kid-centric platformer/minigame compilation.

honestly this game goes kinda hard
its like a lil 3D platformer where you play as pikachu n meet friends n run around with em. The levels are fun to explore, interacting with other pokemon is pleasant, the game is just a huge comfy vibe. There is even battling which is all done in real time like an action game or an arena fighter and NGL I had a lot of fun with the battles. If they fleshed out this games combat system I would honestly prefer it over the traditional turn based system of the main series. If you like comfy low-stress games this is a good time.
