É o pior jogo de toda a série mas ainda assim gosto dele.
Safe to say this is easily the worse Samurai Shodown game in existence. The presentation and the feel of the game feels like Street Fighter EX, and SNK must've felt the need to enter the polygon fighter space so they copied it, but left out some of the better things that made Street Fighter EX a decent fighting game.
The story is about as generic as they come. Perhaps the only positive that can be given towards the game is the effort put into some of these anime cutscenes.

FGC be like "oooooh this fighting game has such a good story ooooohh" and then it's either the most painfully generic safe tournament arc you've ever seen or the most incomprehensible anime bullshit that tries it's hardest to be a forceful blend of Outlaw Star and Trigun (Warriors Rage is both which means they cancel each other into being good).
