Drinkbox is such an incredibly underrated indie dev team. A very different type of game compared to the previous Guacamelee; this time, focusing more on dungeon crawling and first person touch screen combat. Like Guacamelee, it's a blast till the end, and the combat works so well with the 3DS. Narrative wise it is pretty uninteresting though
An absolute labor of love.
The combat is super tight, engaging, and even exhausting sometimes. The pace here is pretty on point from start to finish.
The art style and music are fantastic and incredibly unique.
I guess the only thing is it probably plays better on the Vita than it does on the Switch purely because of size and weight of the system.
