The core puzzle concept was fine, but its simplicity and lack of variety in the levels led to this getting repetitive very quickly.

Jogo chato, nada funciona direito e nitidamente parece uma hack rom hehe

Solid and surprisingly varied maze game if you can look past a killer camera, awkward control lag after falling, and a handful of sadistic enemy placements. I 1CC'd it first try because I'm a gamer god.

It's decent for a licensed game of the time.

Isso foi um delírio coletivo, nada aqui funciona como deveria, destaque para os controles, nítido como fizeram esse jogo correndo.

Crazy Castle is a very fun, and very unique, "puzzle" type game. It's a puzzle in that you have to figure out how to avoid/stun the enemies, while making your way around stairs and doorways, to get all the carrots in each stage. I rented this early in the NES-owning period of my childhood, and while it got pretty tough further in, I enjoyed it. It is not a short game, with at LEAST 50+ stages as far as I can recall. I don't think I beat it back then, but I do remember getting pretty far in. I would highly recommend this game, and the Crazy Castle games on Game Boy get even better!

Muito booom,um desafio q consegui vencer sozinho na minha infancia

Ugh, remember Bugs Bunny Crazy Castle? That game was a mess! You just wandered around the same rooms over and over, looking for carrots while a bunch of Sylvester and Yosemite Sam clones tried to mess you up. Kinda cute if you love Bugs, but the gameplay got old FAST.

Even with its death trap camera, unfair enemy placements, and incredibly limiting controls, I did get a tiny bit of enjoyment from playing this. Enough for me to finish 20 of the 60 levels, anyways

I wrote a page of level warp passwords for this game like those GTA cheat codes. Good memories.

bugs bunny crazy castle is a totally passable arcade y platformer thing in the year 2023, which is maybe more than it can ask for. in BBCC, bugs has to get the carrots and not get caught by any of the other anthropomorphs running through the maze. there are doors that take you up, doors that take you down, and various items that can be used to take out those who are after you. the gimmick here is that the player can't jump, which sounds like it would be terrible, being such an integral part of platforming as we know it, but in practice, not being able to jump restricts movement in order for interesting and tense situations to arise.

talking about its tenseness, it feels a lot like Pac-Man at times. quickly going through doors feels just like turning corners smoothly in that game, and BBCC often provides the same sort of excitement that game does.

the differences between this and Pac-Man though is that BBCC's designers made 80 levels (!!!) which are all different, and that despite that, Pac-Man is still the better game because there are no god damn stairs there.

oh also the fact that this game exists with 3 different sets of branded cartoon characters is hilarious.

I can't believe he's in my own house! Bugs Bunny! Bugs FUCKING BUNNY!!!!!
