Played Armageddon a lot more but this was also still very fun.

The explosive introduction for our pink wormy friends obsessed with shooting and blowing each other up who are still at it even to this day.

The gameplay is still as fun as ever and it's great to see some of the iconic weapons although it's definitely aged in the graphics department. Yes worms are known for being tiny little things but these fellas are just too small and indistinguishable to make out, something that the later games would improve on.

A formula so solid it still works 30 years later. My earliest memory of seeing 3D animation in a video game.

Likely nostalgia, but the memories I have of playing this with my dad and step-sister really put into perspective the magic of this series.

Oh my god... This game was a ton of fun. So happy that I now own them on my Saturn and Dreamcast.
