Why do Madden soundtracks suck so bad.

Here it is, the official start point of the downfall of Madden. It’s still fun to me, but I could see why so many stopped playing once this game came out. MUT became the top priority and gameplay/fun took a backseat.

I mean it's a fine game, but once you realize just how much of a carbon copy the Madden games get starting it 15 or 16 it just gets frustrating. I wouldn't even have a problem with the games being samey if the gameplay got better and they lowered the prices of them going forward (Which they obviously won't)

17 was a tiny bit better and I do not remember why. 5/10

and here we have it, the game so bad it made me stop playing. completely broken and not worth my time, made me realize how bad sports games had gotten and how copy/paste they are.

By 17 the series is off the rails and is a yearly reprint, it’s a wonder this wasn’t the last installment.

Terrible gameplay, barebones game modes, and an awful career mode. The PS2-era Madden games blow this one out of the water
