Changing the levels to arenas was probably what made this so average for me.

the opening cinematic is pretty cute but god the arena fights made this game so unremarkably boring that I didn't care when my Wii U tossed out my Wii U save data for this game, and I care about my saves a lot

Ehhhhhhhhhhhhhh

I feel like some kind of concept like this could be good but I'm glad they gave up on these, it gets extremely boring after awhile and just does not have much substance. I think I played about half or 3/4 of it but just could not get myself to care enough to finish.

Pretty cute and fun to play through once with a few friends. That's about it though.

Man, what happened here?

How do you go from Rumble Blast to THIS?

Nonexistent plot, boring, repetitive stages, and it's over in like 3 HOURS. I don't even know how to describe this game except with a loud, obnoxious "WHY??????"

genuinely the most mindless game i've ever played

Fairly straight forward and the levels being changed were so meh. You can't really shiny hunt and how a lot is locked behind amiibos really suck. I wish this game was given a lot of thought similarly to the original and 3DS version but alas that didn't happen. The idea of having a limited space of characters and auto removing your pokemon was an awful design choice as I would lose my legendaries left and right because they weren't high enough.
It was okay and that's pretty much it.

Eu lembro-me de adorar este jogo. Se eu o jogasse hoje em dia provavelmente gostaria muito menos, mas como eu não tenho planos para jogá-lo novamente, fica aí a nota 7

I really liked this game back in the day, but now I've realized it isn't all that great.

After the mistake that was Rumble Wii and the solid game that was Blast, I was expecting something competent on their third try. We got a decent collection of Pokémon, sure, but now the entire game is in arenas. Ew!

Randomly only set in arenas, but it introduced the amiibos' precursors in these underproduced figurines, so it's something.

The little pre-amiibo figures this game had were cool, but the lack of exploration stages and the decision to make the game entirely arenas definitely made it feel even more repetitive.

Boy oh boy I sure loved pressing A and doing nothing else for 4 hours. The only reason this is above a 1 is because the soundtrack, ESPECIALLY the final boss, bangs. It's way too good. Too bad the game isn't.

Pokemon Rumble on Wii was already simple enough, but this game dumbs things down even further, to the point where it's honestly not worth playing. The only upside is it can possibly be fun with a group of friends if you just need something to do.

this whole series kinda ass?
