The game is an absolute blast with friends. I seriously adore TF2; it has a very unique, fun cartoon-like art style that makes it really enjoyable to look at and I love the fact that you're able to play this both casually and competitively and receive and equal amount of fun whilst doing so. Dicking around in a casual style is great and makes for hilarious moments and doing very good competitively is a feeling that's really unlike any other. All the cosmetics in this game are really cool and I love the fun little references and details hidden inside each one of them. Each class is seriously lovable and Valve has put an insane amount of work into their characters; each one plays very different and, honestly, I love playing all of them. They've been given fleshed out hilarious personalities that really make the one-of-a-kind in the gaming scene; you could easily spot any of them from a mile away. It really saddens me that this game has been recently neglected by Valve because it's such a special gem that deserves much more. Completely recommend this. I've met some great people and made amazing experiences with this game and it will never get old for me. A timeless classic.

Honestly, was better before they started adding new weapons and hats.
kind of hard to rate, but despite its huge following i feel like this game still isnt appreciated enough. sure its an online shooter but not only is it an innovater of its own genre, but its an excellent piece of art in its own right.
the gameplay has been analyzed up and down by much more eloquent than i, but the art design is iconic, the sound design is phenomenal, and it was written when valve was at the top of their game (meaning it was dry, witty, hilarious, and generally incredible)
and the voice acting. god damn. the voice acting elevates this game to another level. from Grant Goodeve's work as the laid-back Engineer, John Patrick Lowrie as the respectful Australian Sniper, Gary Schwartz for his iconic yells, and of course the late but still great Rick May for his performance as the ever-wonderful Soldier. god bless all these men for their work on an iconic, game-changing work of art that will forever be in the hearts of so many people.

A hell of a good time back in it's golden age, painfully ignored now only getting by on life support from the community. Pyro can suck a fat chode, put out heavy update and make another short le epic volvo
the fact that i will never be able to go back in time to when i first played the game in 2010 depresses me more than it should

Iconic team shooter that deserves all it's praise. Really the only downside is there's a rare occasion of hackers or trolls but overall it's a fun time.

One of the most in-depth and characteristic shooters ever made. Every class is diverse, plays a different and important role to team play and have charmingly hilarious personalities. Also (arguably) one of the most balanced team-based games. Definitely deserves to have lasted over 10 years like it has.

I played the absolute hell out of this game back in 2016.
The classes are so distinct and useful. And with the loadouts and endless amount of weapons, you don't really know what's coming when you enter a match!
And the cosmetics add to the humor of the game.
But there hasn't been a new major update since 2017.
