Some narration goes a bit longer than I'd like, but there's so many fascinating Themes and Lessons this supposedly silly mystery game is trying to impart. Its incredible! Hard to read sometimes, even painful. But incredible.

A beautiful, sometimes funny, sometimes hype as FUCK story that no lie, changed my life. I love this game wholeheartedly, and even though it has a lot (see: a LOT) of flaws, it is truly an uncut gem. the characters are great, the story is amazing, and the themes and messages it conveys are simply beautiful. Even if you have no interest in reading this VN, at least listen to the music. Every single song is good. Thank you Oxiacid for beatrice feetposting. I would never have played it without you.

An excellent introduction to the Umineko duology that develops a large number of themes and characters that are fascinating and multi-faceted. The mystery is dense and the storytelling is on-point. Umineko's Question Arcs do all that's necessary to set the stage for a powerful and compelling story.

VN very very very VERBOUS (that's the goal at the same time), count between 120h and 200h to do the entire work (Question & Answer Arc) depending on your reading speed but it's seriously worth it, plot twists to cut the breath! Theories and questions in all directions, the VN will not stop turning your brain around despite the small problem of rhythm at the beginning of the chapters which are sometimes long (even TOO MUCH) to start. A work to do at least once in your life

I did not regret trucking through the adventure after my friends constantly bugged me to keep reading. The payoff was worth it, giving me possibly one of my favorite fantasy mystery experiences ever. My only complaint is that nothing in my life will ever be the same.
