The game makes every action you take, from dodging to advancing on the leaderboard feel like you are fighting god while on a mix of a LOT of drugs, I don't think I've ever seen a game go this hard when it comes to visual feedback. If you showed an average winning run of this game to a Victorian child they would immediately die of a heart attack.

There's a lot of hidden depth the game doesn't tell you about and figuring out its strange rules is satisfying. At first, getting a score above a few seconds feels like an insurmountable task, and the game keeps revealing more layers as you push further. A really unique experience.
