The shooting, moveset, and powerup system feel nice enough, but those garish graphics and that annoying, somewhat mazelike level design...it seems like so many European computer games are like this. Of course, this is a Genesis port, but this is markedly inferior to other Genesis run-and-guns such as Gunstar Heroes, Contra Hard Corps, and Alien Soldier. It's still not bad and the music at least rocks out, but I was just underwhelmed by this one after playing other, much better games in the same genre on the same platform.
