I love this sonic game. The gameplay is great for the most part except that the boss fights really suck and when it goes 2D in modern sonic it just sucks.

i've soured on boost sonic a little as i've gotten older, but generations is still undeniably cool and one of the last sonic games that actually felt really polished

let me just play as the large sonic please!

A great celebration of Sonic's history, but the 2D in the 3D levels is not my favorite. The actual 2D classic sonic levels are great though. The boss is actually terrible though holy shit.
