It's like taking Saints Row IV and stripping away everything cool from it and leaving only the gameplay basics. Repetitive to the point of being painful and it's just bland.

Ultimately more SRIV but you get actual flight and a playable Johnny Gat. The sandbox here is pretty fun, I'd say more fun than SRIV's, but there is too little substance here for me to confirm that.
