More of what Coffee Talk enjoyers would like.
Although if you hated the proposition of doing it all over again to get the true ending or in my case get another ending at all it seems like the most dreaded chore ever. The actual problem is your replaying entire days for the tiniest changes with animations that aren't skipped just the text. If you thought the first game had ambiguous hints then its ever worst here. I personally have no patience when it comes to replaying a game and having no clue what I'm doing wrong and then I have to pull up a guide cause what the fuck do I look like sitting here wasting time on a game thats stressing me the fuck out when I'm trying to relax and get the whole story but I can't make the right fucking right drink for that to happen. It's definitely a personal issue that I will not get over. Plus the stories didn't hit the same but maybe thats because I only saw 40% of the game idek.

Coffee Talk Episode 2 was a great sequel to the original. Getting to catch up with friends from the first game and meet new ones made the city feel alive once more. The storylines between patrons of your coffee shop were diverse and well written (with various outcomes as well).
The drink making mechanics were the same as the first game but with two new tea ingredients to mix it up a bit and even influence the story at times. With this and the addition of holding and giving items to patrons, the lore developed more depth that I enjoyed very much.
The achievements are simple to get and the secret ending made me tear up a bit as it is a goodbye to the creator of the series. I would love to see the world continue in more episodes, but if this is it for Coffee Talk, I am okay with that.
Rest easy, Mr. Fahmi, and thank you for this game.

While not as good as the first Coffee Talk, I still enjoyed my time with Episode 2. It did drag a bit at the beginning, it feeling like that the conversations didn't really go anywhere and just went over the same things over and over again, but I did really enjoy the latter half of the game. The new characters were quite nice, but I wished some of the old characters would have appeared a bit more (besides Baileys and Lua) throughout the game. Overall, it was a nice, relaxing experience with a great cast of characters, but the reliance on the walkthrough for some requests (some were quite unclear) and achievements and the repetition of the same topics again and again definitely hindered the experience a bit.
Coffee Talk Episode 2: Hibiscus & Butterfly is an enjoyable experience overall. It successfully maintains the charm and warmth of its predecessor, delivering a narrative-driven game that feels like a comforting cup of coffee on a rainy day. It might not be a perfect blend, but it certainly offers a satisfying and heartwarming experience for those who enjoy narrative-driven games with a side of fantasy and a splash of coffee!

Animado, atarefado e agitado...
Pessoas cujos pensamentos consigo ouvir quase tão bem quanto os meus.
Cujos sucessos e falhas me importam tanto quanto os meus.
O indivíduo me fascina.
