Very buggy game. Puzzle solve conditions are inconsistent and can block progress.

played all free-to-play levels

Baffling ending but a great lil puzzle game kept me entertained for the afternoon

- Nonsensical story but the themed doors are cool. I like the horror ones.
- Variety of activities. Some of these aren't puzzle but more like reflexes or dextrality. I think its funny it have an osu minigame.
- I like escape rooms and puzzle boxes so I'm pretty happy with this.
- User-friendly. Missed a collectable? Just go back, find it, and exit back to main menu. Nothing excessive or misleading to cause a roadblock.

To be honest, I enjoyed this game more when it was just a demo. The anticipation for the full release was great after a couple of levels that were presented in the demo, but when I got to play the entirety of them I found myself a bit bored. Sometimes less IS better.

The puzzles are easy, the objectives are clear and the story is almost non-existent. It’s satisfying when the gears click into place and the scene gets into motion, but that's it.

those indeed where around 70 doors

a fun game to play in the background while doing other things

lot of unnecessary stuff (the "story", the scrolls) but some of the puzzles were entertaining. i wouldn't have paid for it though, so i'm happy i got it free from epic games.
also glitches can happen when you don't interact with the items in the right order but you have to redo the level so it's not a big deal.
overall an entertaining puzzle game, not too challenging, but nothing mindblowing.

Not my kind of thing, but it is very clearly well made. Some people will love this cute little puzzle game.

I really enjoyed this game for what it is: a fun, funky puzzle game about opening doors. The "plot" was buck-wild and didn't make much sense to me -- we never did find out what boating accident happened -- but the puzzles weren't particularly difficult, and satisfying when completed. It's a great "brain-not-all-the-way-off" game and I recommend it if you like casual puzzles with fun themes.
It did glitch out several times on some puzzles but I was eventually able to return to those levels and 100%'d the game.

Good puzzle game, no complaints. Puzzles weren't difficult nor too easy. Really liked how some of the interactions were physics based, made for more interactive puzzles rather than the standard point and click. Has some form of a story, though it's not the focus nor a strong point. Really enjoyed how most levels were entirely unique, whether that be in mechanics or visuals

DISCLAIMER:
This review is entirely for my own sake. You are welcome to read it but it may or may not contain spoilers for the whole game.

NOTE: I got this game free on Epic so price is not a factor.

I went in expecting some sort of escape room game. I got a point and click diorama solving game that is more akin to puzzle boxes.

The puzzles are never too hard, more like a sequence of finding the next available item and where to use it with the occasional minigame to change the pace. Nonetheless, it was satisfying to see the dioramas unfold and open up more and more crevices with items to use elsewhere.

I did enjoy having to find collectibles "hidden" in each level. They were generally in very visible places, but they were sometimes cleverly hidden and I had to replay a couple of levels to find them. It's worth noting that you can find a collectible and quit the level and it will be saved without having to re-do all the rest, that is very much appreciated. There are 3 collectibles in each level: a blue and red gem, all of which are needed to unlock the final two level for the order and chaos endings respectively; and a scroll with some text.

The scrolls seem to be trying to tell some sort of story, but they are such short pieces of text separated by a whole level that it was hard for me to follow what they were saying. But you do get to choose the ending, so it might be something important like the fate of the world, I'm unsure.

Overall, It's an ok, short and easy puzzle box-like game. Nothing extraordinary, but a good time killer.

The concept of Chaos and Order is quite intriguing. However, the puzzles lack difficulty, often requiring little to no thought. It's a game that can be completed in one sitting, yet it doesn't leave a lasting impression.

Funny little puzzle game, so far it's looking to be quite repetitive but that isn't a negative for me at least, I'd be interested to see where the game goes.

Fairly simple puzzles but a lotta charm.

Quite simple but very entertaining puzzle game that has you hooked like a Netflix series.
You always want "one more chapter"
The story it has is simple but it encourages you to collect everything and experiment with everything actionable
If you like puzzle games, I highly recommend this one to disconnect

A completely inoffensive little puzzle game that gives The Room vibes (the video game not the Tommy Wiseau joint).
Free on Epic games, I played this over three days but could see mobile being the better format for it by adding a little extra enjoyment to the whole thing with a small sense of tactility.

To sum Doors up, you have little Door based dioramas that you can interact with, pick up items such as levers and keys, find where they are placed, turn or twist and so on until the door opens and you’re done. Each stage has two hidden gems and a scroll to add a little more challenge or replayability to the bitesize puzzles and collecting those gems unlocks extra stages at the end of each chapter for a total of just under sixty “door-o-ramas” to enjoy.

Doors strength outside of being a nice breezy experience is the inventiveness in some of its stages, themes ranging from steampunk to ancient aztec to pirates and more give some interactions you wouldn’t have expected and a somewhat fresh experience each time.
I say somewhat because the level of the puzzles is very simple and also quite similar, matching puzzles, tile sliding etc.

A weakness however in Doors is its attempt at a narrative, unlocked through reading scrolls. It’s all quite vague, “Chaos vs Order” and really just feels unnecessary. I can see the inspiration from The Room here but whilst the plot was never the biggest draw of that series it actually felt intriguing and not like total filler.
Another small annoyance, a specific issue for me and my terrible short term memory is that there is no mark on the screen for whether you’ve found the scroll or either gem.
These tasks are so small there feels like no reason to pass them, but getting through a stage to find that actually, you didn’t get the blue gem, because a lot of it blends together in the mind is truly an irritation that would be overcome by the smallest of UI.
Lastly some interactions via clicking feel either too precise or imprecise, giving you the assumption that you can’t do something you can or whipping you around the diorama because you’ve hit a pixel through a gap to the otherside.
These annoyances are all very small and not deal breakers but they do damage an otherwise extremely relaxed experience.

If you’re a fan of The Room or just want a small puzzly game to fiddle with in bitesize chunks, Doors: Paradox is worth a go.
Free on Epic and free but with in-app purchases on the phone (it may be broken down into three titles on that format) is the best price for it.

A fun, casual puzzle game. The puzzles are super easy, but it's a relaxing time waste.

Going through the motion and solving the "puzzles" is kinda nice.

But the overall mediocre control and shallow "story" brought the game down for me. The game would honestly have been better without the story scrolls.

Curti bastante!
