Esse jogo é como um prazer que eu não gosto de ter, quando eu percebo se foram horas da minha vida gasta nisso. Mas é muito bom, nada de especial ou de uma puta visão artística, mas é um jogo que diverte quem está aberto a entrar na toca do coelho.

A very solid FM game on its own, but it lacks any sort of meaningful changes to separate itself from the previous edition.
No real significant changes to the game from FM22 besides some licensing which while admittedly great, isn't great for replayability.

I've taken a couple years off of the FM series waiting for them to introduce women into the game. But FM23 is on Game Pass so I decided to give it a whirl.
Football Manager is the same as ever. It's still well executed and brutally addicting and as deep as any management game out there, let alone being the gold standard for sports management games. A king among the genre.
But Football Manager is the same as ever. Even with the added features and innovation. It's the same as always. It's a better version of itself each time. But there's a reason people recommend you take a couple years off between FM iterations. It's fun. Glad it's free on Game Pass. It's absolutely worth all the time you spend with it. Don't know that it's worth the full price brand new though. Happy I don't have to make that call.

People will say the game is always the same and I would agree in some points and I would also agree some parts need to be retooled and improved, but this is the best game by a mile that SI ever made in terms of what happens on the pitch.

It has been the same game for the past five years, and some may say even more than that, which is very disappointing. I'm looking forward to FM24 with a much-needed revamp of the series.

Solid, taking half a star off from the rating of fm 2022 because it has not changed a lot
Very little differences between this and 22. Probably the best FM in terms of features but the graphics and match engine still need so so much work. No matter your setting, attributes etc your winger will STILL shoot at goal instead of an easy pass, this has been an issue for years. I put 1000+ hours in and have enjoyed my time mostly.

Please only get this game if you really love football, because this game doesn't have any football gameplay, it's about the inner workings of a club.
