Definitely a overhated entry in the KH series but DDD is one of my personal favorites. For me I love collecting the dream eaters because not only are they cute there designs are really pretty and creative. The combat is improved from Birth By Sleep and is more fast paced especially with the new mechanic flow motion. The story does a good job setting up the events for KH3 but doesn’t leave that much of a impression.

This game was... different from other Kingdom Hearts, but had fun with my cute creature collecting game and more insane Kingdom Hearts story.

FLOWMOTION IS PEAK.
JULIUS IS ABSOLUTELY FUCKING NOT.

being a keyblade master means command deck and your games are mid

I have such a soft spot for this game man. I love it to death

This game was unique in terms of the Spirit system, you can equip 3 Spirits and 2 on the field, and level them up to unlock skills in their skill chart, some of which may be permanent to you and boost your stats. It was fun but I personally think this game was a bit boring...

The story gets kind of confusing and hard to follow, but nonetheless it wasn't bad. The story is basically Sora and Riku going on a mission to achieve the Mark Of Keyblade Mastery, but it ends up being a hidden plan from Xaehanort...

I give this game 3.8/5

İt would four and half star game if animal care dont take a lot of time in gameplay

i thought this game was gonna suck but i actually adored every part of it
maybe i’m just biased because i love sora and riku

this game has the twewy cast in 3d and i think thats pretty cool

In Symphony of Sorcery there’s a huge barrel full of grapes that you can walk in so theoretically Sora can recreate the viral FOX 5 grape lady fall

“AH OW OU OUH OUUUUUUUUH”

DDD is a bizarre mish-mash of every KH game that came before it but with no elegance or brevity.
Flowmotion makes for some really entertaining combat for the first couple of worlds, but the focus on dream eaters, streamlining of the command deck, easy exploitation of the flowmotion commands, the combo-jab feel of KH1 and the second most filler-feeling Disney worlds behind CoM, I’ve never brought myself to finish this one.

I didn't understand the whole story but the dream eaters were fun

The lore of these games is confusing enough. I don't know that we really needed to add time travel into that mix, but here we are.
One of the core elements of kingdom hearts is friendship, and how through friendship, anything is possible. It is strange then, that they dropped your lovable party of people you know, in favor of weird pokemon knockoffs they seem to want you to collect.
It's not a bad game. flowmotion adds something kind of interesting to combat, even if it doesn't feel fully fleshed out. I enjoyed that there were new worlds again as I was worried we might have to retread old ones, even if they're not the BEST worlds we've ever had.
All in all it's a fine game. kingdom hearts lovers will still enjoy. Just be aware of the end. It is brutal. I went for about an hour and a half of no saving as they just threw boss after boss at you.

I hate Sora so much in this game and the Pokemon ripoff thing is so annoying. But other then that the game is fine

rather grindy and has some unfun scenarios but otherwise very very good

did not care about kingdom hearts until meow wow. first game i enjoyed the disney worlds in, mostly thanks to that little catdog. ymx and homosexuality carried this one for me but definitely in my top 3 in the series

The game's gameplay is fine, the true highlight is the story which unfortunately for this game is annoying to reach at times. I felt you hardly received enough xp to not have to grind which is annoying. Flow movement is nice though ..

definitely one of the better kh games very well made even for a 3ds. the combat was great, story progression and mechanics. they improved compared to re;coded although i dislike the pet feature

I actually enjoyed the gameplay, even though it had stuff downgraded from KH2. The Flowmotion felt good to use for the most part and playing as both Sora and Riku back to back is nice and maybe I'm in the minority, but I do like the idea of the Drop Gauge. It varies the pacing and if you don't want to drop you can use a "Drop-me-not". Lastly, the best part about every KH game is the end section and this one doesn't disappoint.

P.S: Also the buildup to KH3 is big. So I definitely have high hopes for KH3.

Riku carried the hell out of this game before they washed him up in KH3

Loved the gameplay but the introduction of time travel completely fucked up the story

Now this game is pretty fun, but I have to say that at the end it gets really frustrating with shoving like 6 bosses back to back into you.
But it has that world with classical music and that shit slapped so hard, one of my favorite KH worlds ever.
