somehow i invested 106 hours into this game despite never finishing it, will probably play this game in full eventually though.

I 100% this game a long time ago. Pretty fun.

got like 3 quarters through, still need to finish.

Final “boss” sucked, thrill tower saved this game for me and thank you Nintendo for adding it into Luigi’s Mansion 3

luigi's mansion: dead by dawn

linear, but good!

Narrative: 3.5 - Gameplay: 5 - Visuals: 4 - Soundtrack: 4 - Time: 2.5

I will defend this game until I die
The ghosts could be portrayed better, that's the weakest point in my opinion.
X/X game, luigi's cute

Love this game, gets dragged down hard by the lack of enemy variety tho.

I didnt know how disliked this game was until recent and I don't understand it at all. Great level designs, with numerous collectables throughout. The soundtrack is great as well. I think it might just be out of nostalgia for the first game

This game is beautiful, the gameplay the graphics, the dialouge, everything is perfect! The graphics even make real life look like shit! The gameplay is so great it may even rival angry birds rio! When luigi tried killing Michael and said "The moon is so dark like your heart, this is my mansion now! This is my Luigis Mansion: Dark Moon!" I orgasmed. I enjoyed the addition of luigis evil twin, Igiul, he was a fun character. The ending had me crying when toad came back as a force ghost while Luigi kissed Mario furiously! This game is the closest to perfect we will ever get! 7/7 !

Nostalgia clouding my judgement on this, I'm sure, but it was just fun as hell for me as a youngin. I loved how unique each mansion was and the fun boss fights that I would replay over and over after beating the game

This is probably one of the best games Nintendo dropped for the 3DS.

I hate the 3D slider, but it honestly looks really good in this game. The detail and effort towards the atmosphere is great.

Not as creepy as the first (maybe slightly more goofy) but the advancements in mechanics makes this fun to revisit.

One of the best 3DS games, and easily the best Luigi's Mansion game for me. The puzzling is so elite.

No he jugado demasiado la historia, lo que si he jugado es el multi con mi primo y mi hermano. El modo caza es muy divertido, la única queja es que solo añade variedad en los niveles más avanzados.

I do think this game's focus on short objectives makes it more replayable than 3. However, these objectives are less interesting than the puzzles of 3, and the structure just doesn't really make a lot of sense for the kind of game Luigi's Mansion is. So overall, I find myself not really wanting to revisit either one.

The main campaign was fairly boring and straightforward but the multiplayer made up for it

The gameplay is fun, but it is very annoying to have to walk back to where you were due to being constantly booted out of the mansions.

Very excited for the remake for switch. I know they worked with what they had but the graphics were so muggy on the ds it was hard to see

idk why people drag this game.
This and 3d land absolutely sold me on the 3ds.
the art style makes full use of the 3d effect and the gameplay has some super cool variety to improve on the original concept.
the level structure leaves something to be desired but the maps themselves aren't what's wrong here, it's the way you play through them in episodes with way too much interruption.
On the one hand this lets the game do more cinematic stuff, but on the other hand, we lose some of the exploration the first game had... and I like it better this way.

the OG had some backtracking I could do without, this one just kicks you out and has you start again in an all-new version of the map.

Great game, but definitely needs to be played on the 3ds with the slider cranked up. hopefully that new switch port finds a way to do it justice. (and if it doesn't play buttery smooth in handheld mode I will fucking riot)

Ghostbust a luigi's mental health

downgrade from one but still good

shelved until the remake comes out since it's too stuttery for me rn

I think I may be the only person on the planet who thinks this is the best one but I don’t care it’s the best one and I will not apologize for saying it

I didn't mind the mission-based structure, and I liked revisiting levels multiple times to see what changed. The controls are a massive improvement over the original, which I often found frustrating to play. The environments are charming and fun to look at, being one of only a handful of games to make really good use of the handheld's 3D effect. There's a lot of cute characters, fun puzzles, and the boss fights were more interesting than I expected. I'd definitely recommend this game to anyone that had issues with the original Luigi's Mansion.

the ringtone that plays when the doctor calls

don't have to explain

A 3.4 Avg. Rating is fucking unbelievable for this game. This is a solid 4.5/5 game. I could go on and on about everything that is so good about this game, the lighting, the gameplay, the story, the characters, and the interactivity you have with the world around you is unreal. I would say it's the best 3DS game but Super Mario 3D Land excists. Luigi is such a good character, despite his cowardice, he bravely pushes through to save his brother. Nintendo, never stop making Luigi's Mansion games.
