Once again I went way too long into Zelda - how did I go for 9 and a half hours?? I completed the wind temple (excellent stuff!) and did a lot of various stuff across the map. My favorite two adventures were the cave under the little village that sprawls out into an epic multi-hour adventure, going all the way into the guards quarters, and the underground battle/chase with the Yigha clan leader (the mini boss battles for these were awesome!).

I believe I'm at 24 shrines and I've upgraded the batteries four times.

Today I played for 13 hours. I've lost control of my life.

Got something like 15 shrines and a boatload of other stuff, revealed a bunch of the map, explored the underground more, and started the first big story quest with the bird people. I'm having a great time!

Played through the opening and first two shrines. Gained the Ultrahand and Fuse abilities - the building stuff is fun, but I'm still getting used to the controls a bit. The fusing opens up a lot of interesting emergent design. I stopped right at the introduction of the Zonai powered devices. Looking forward to seeing where that takes me.

Edit afternoon: finished the tutorial island - the ascend and reverse time Braid mechanics are cool. Got back to ground and carried on through the point of getting the paraglider. Hit two additional shrines (making 4 in the session including the two remaining intro island shrines) and began exploring underground areas. Got a skeleton horse and lit up three areas. Made a little car thing underground but abandoned it since it couldn't be steered. Really impressed so far overall. Some moments where I got stuck a bit but nothing too frustrating.
