Cute list name and clever idea!

@letshugbro I'm not sure what you're getting at. Samus' arrival point is on the left side of the Zebes map, and most of the game takes place to the right of it, though she does need to go left right at the start to collect the MORPH BALL.

@Dalaamclouds Thanks!

Yeah, I was making a little reference to the first screen requiring you to go left. IIRC the game's designers included it to emphasise to players that it wasn't a pure left-to-right sidescroller.

@letshugbro An audacious decision when Famicom owners were still getting their heads around scrolling screens, but I would hate to disappoint fans of going left who purchased a copy after seeing my list
Metroid Fusion

@JimTheSchoolGirl I'm trying to cover games where the final destination is to the left of the arrival point. In Fusion, Samus arrives and departs her ship from the same docking bay. The access to each sector is via the Main Deck, which is to the west of the docking bay, and it can only be assumed where each is located in relation to it, but assuming they are directly below the Main Deck, Sectors 4, 6, and part of Sector 2 would be to its east. In any case, the evidence is vague and I don't feel comfortable including it in a scientific record of analysis such as this.
Can't argue with that
