Sonic Adventure 2
You 100%'d it three times? I mean, are you sure you don't like it? That's a lot of hourse on something you supposedly dislike, denial is a bitch

Blazing Star
Cool little shmu, but it's verging a little bit on bullet hell, and I'm not the biggest fan of those. It also becomes clearer and clearer that I am much more comfortable with vertical shmups rather than horizontal ones, for some reason that eludes me. Feels rather unbalanced too, with some ships clearly being better than others.
Gloriously non-sensical final boss and a poor translation give it some extra charm.

Final Fantasy IV
First time I played this game, the deaths being reversed legit pissed me off. Like you said, the deaths feel meaningful. The twins in particular is a great story beat, only for the game later tell me "He found a way to heal us idk lmao". True "Somehow Palpatine has returned" energy
If you're gonna play another version of FF4 in the future tho, play the PSP release. Both it and the GBA versions allow you to change your party in the moon, which is HUGE because Edge is fucking worthless there. Playing the original "Easytype" SNES version is... lmao
and the 3D remake is different enough to also be worth experiencing, but I think it's worse than the 2D game. Very overtuned difficulty.

The Sims 3
I keep meaning to go back to The Sims and do some sort of challenge or "story" mode. I'm thinking of TS2, since it's what I actually played at the time, but the open world aspect of TS3 does sound very appealing
But I hear it's kind of poorly optimized, and that running the game with every single expansion is not really possible, as the game just implodes. It is about 15 years old now though, do you know if that is still the case? I always feel like I'm missing out if I ever play The Sims without expansion packs

Magical Drop III
Puzzle games apparently go either "meeeeh" or "this is like crack" to me, with no in-between, this of course being the latter.
Similar energy to Super Puzzle Fighter, though with far less reliance on RNG. Between those two and Tetris Attack, I believe I have found my Holy Triad of puzzles and pick-up-and-play games. I finished one round of Survival, a full run of the Arcade mode, and the "Adventure" mode to call this "Completed".
Adventure mode has a couple of stages where the rate at which balloons fall is sped up, and holy shit those are fucking difficult.
Magical Drop V and VI are both on Steam but I'll be honest: beyond the HD aesthetics, I don't know what those could offer that would justify buying them instead of simply emulating this one.
And a "Magical Drop IV" apparently doesn't exist, brilliant.

Dead Cells: The Queen and the Sea
A clear improvement over the previous two DLCs, the new biome is one of the best (in fact, it's my preferred choice for that particular tier), and the two new boss fights are standouts.
Though I thought that The Lighthouse became a bit too much with 3+BC, with the bosses becoming absurdly aggressive during the climb, combined with you more limited healing.
The Queen however, is an absolute banger of a boss fight. Goddamn.
