This is a fabulous platformer. It would be five stars if I was reviewing this based off of a multiplayer run, but this was my first solo run, and while fun, I did find it a bit lacking, even though I played through every stage and got all the star coins and all. Definitely one of the Wii's multiplayer showcase games.

I can't really advocate for this game due to kinda eternally sinking my Steam achievement percentage. Generally, it boils down to just selecting a colour and sliding my cursor over the thing for ten minutes and it's just kinda boring. Time sinks can be fun, but this one just gets repetitive really fast.

A very short game. The overall concept is very interesting and I would love to see it get developed as a full experience, but seeing as it was (presumably) a product of a college game design class, it may never come to pass. The aesthetic of a pop-up book is something that just makes me smile a lot, and the character design is very cute. I could definitely see it becoming a fuller experience in the hands of someone with a lot more time on their hands.
I would rate this a five were it not for the subpar rope swinging thing. I was only able to make it up the first ledge from one of those due to a programming error I discovered. The music is generic but was probably pulled from a royalty-free library for a school assignment, so it's fair. It does drone on a bit and the looping is very unoptimized, but I think the mood is set well regardless.
If you have half an hour on your hands, I think this is a nice way to spend it.

Extremely charming. The stuff that comes out of this that isn't made by Sonic Team tends to be really goofy and great ways to expand on the characters. Story's nice, and the small action sequences are simple yet touch to an extent. The art style is just. the same as the Sonic Channel calendar arts which is just super great I love it
