Sci-fi Multidirectional Shooter, Roguelite

Cool combat system, nice setting & atmosphere, very cool bosses, good variety of enemies and characters to unlock, very hard (= you need to focus and make the right choices)

BUT

Unbalanced progression/reward system, need to be refined a bit in general.

Indie Sandbox, City-builder

The easiest platinum ever.
Very cute and chill, some smart building designs

BUT

Poor content.

Sci-fi Action-adventure, Pixel-art

Engaging and demanding combat system, beautiful atmosphere and setting

BUT

The 2D nature of this game will make the exploration a bit harder (= you'll probably miss secrets BECAUSE OF the art-style and colour saturation).

BX#4
Monster Collector, JRPG

Very nostalgic, chibi characters are cute, the undegrounds are very cool, they kept the storage system in the main menu

BUT

This game is too easy (exp. share, no difficulty settings, broken friendship), bad pokekron implementations, the friendship is also stupid (= a random message will appear every turn breaking the battle rhythm and making them longer), a lot of cut content, some of the worst mechanics are back (honey-trees, 32 encounters for spiritomb), no big changes from the originals overall.

BX#5
Sci-fi Action

Decent setting

BUT

Bad controls and configuration in general, no story, full of glitches and bugs.

BX#6
Surreal Sci-fi Adventure

A meditative experience, superb music and great atmosphere, simple but effective gameplay, mysterious story that hook you in

BUT

It has a few glitches (especially in one of the levels).

BX#7
Comedy

Goat simulator simulator

BUT

Bad goat simulator simulator.

BX#8
Flight combat

Extremely fun to play, nice controls, different game modes & maps, dragons are cool, different classes to choose (= tanky/bulky, healer & assassin), no pay-to-win, a lot of skins and stuff to unlock

BUT

You'll easily collide with walls and be stuck in corners, also no camera options / configurations.

BX#9
Sci-fi JRPG, Mecha

Nice art and setting, characters are cool...

BUT

...not very unique or original though, boring combat (= think of persona but with flash games animations).

BX#10
2D-Platformer, Action-adventure

Nice art, original and cool mechanics

BUT

Boring, too easy.

BX#11
3D-Platformer, Action, Parkour

Nice art-style and setting, beautiful atmosphere, the movement is great and satisfying, collectibles and secrets, nice bosses

BUT

Laughable combat, enemies take no skill to kill even at the highest difficulty, story-wise is not exceptional.

BX#12
Survival, Open-world

Great climbable bosses like Shadow Of The Colossus, mechanics and sense of freedom like Breath Of The Wild, survival elements to spice thing up (=cold, rest, hunger), intense atmosphere and beautiful setting

BUT

Clunky movements, combat and shooting, it needs to be refined in every single aspect.

BX#13
Diablo-like, Immersive sim, Stealth

Extremely fun to play, there are a lot of alternatives and you can approach every mission the way you prefer, great atmosphere, great stories, the 5 playable characters are very good and diverse and with cool and unique perks, there are tons of secrets all over the map, day-and-night mechanics, deep lore

BUT

There are a few glitches and bugs (stunned horses, glitched vendors, people duplicated, a few freezes during a rainy day) (beta), the IA is stupid (= can't hear a shotgun shot a few meters away, the walking patterns seem random sometimes).

BX#14
Action-RPG, Hack 'n Slash
PC

Traditional chinese aesthetics, dark atmosphere, cool demons design

BUT

Unpolished, unfinished, full of bugs.

BX#15
Gothic Action-RPG

- This game has one of the most satisfying combat system ever: it's extremely polished, fast and customizable. The skill tree reset has no cost: for example you can change from a parry focused combat (Sekiro) to a dodge one (Bloodborne) based on the boss you're facing;
- The unique mechanics are great: wound-health bar forces you to use "heavy attacks" and to make fast combat decisions, plague weapons are many and diversified;
- The optional missions let you explore the same area in different ways with different mini-bosses;
- The lore is rich and inspired: the multiple endings add replayability since the game is very short (you'll finish this in 8-12 hours);
- The human-sized bosses are incredibly fun to fight even if some of them are completely optional;

BUT

- The gimmick-y boss fights can be annoying;
- The camera is stiffy especially in closed/smaller areas;
- No NG+;
- Small enemy variety.
