Similar to the list I did on Letterboxd for films, here are games with heavy rating differences across the world.
I have found an image of Metal Gear Solid: Digital Graphic Novel with a USK 0 rating for a game rated M by the ESRB, but I don't know if it is actually real or not. Granted, the game could be valid anyway due to being a BBFC 12, but it is also only a PEGI 16 and plenty of BBFC ratings are tamer than the ESRB ratings.

These are interesting, although I initially excluded ESRB M PEGI 12 ones for now, since there are quite a lot of them (such as Neo Contra, the original Persona 3, Drakengard 2 and more)
@Bright_Wyvern really? I didnt find a lot of those, Tamashii being 12 was odd considering the nudity and body horror. Also pretty sure Furi was only M/16 cause they say the fuck word.
Also glad to know im not the only one who is interested in rating differences.
I found them on the boxes of the games themselves, some older PEGI ratings may not be on the site. But yes, Tamashii being a 12 is unusual, reading the game's PEGI rating insight.
It might be worth listing M to 12 differences, I suppose. On Letterboxd, I have an equivalent list, but since games are rated more harshly than movies on average, it becomes much more notable when an M-rated game gets a 12 elsewhere.
