There was no feeling like getting out of the escape pod for the first time and seeing the vast ocean around you. One of the coolest moments I've ever had in a video game.

Easily the best story and character writing in any game ever.

Great story, beautiful open world, loved Alexios as a character. Open world aspect was repetitive but fun.

It just doesn't add or change enough from the original. I also hate the 'defend the Little Sister' segments of the game too.

Really good game that was almost great. I like how they went a different direction after the first two.

Xen is like a whole second game.

Solid story, good looking environment. Some of the writing wasn't the best. Overall really liked it though.

The impact on internet culture this had is insane.

I'm not joking with I say that this game taught me patience. It's not about the fact that you fell all the way to the bottom, its the fact that you'll be able to get to where you fell from much faster now because you've improved. This game literally made me a better person.

For video games, I think you have to take in to account the time it was released. Half-Life was released in 1998 and there wasn't anything like this at the time. This level of storytelling through the world and the characters was unheard of at the time. Revolutionary game.

Half-Life 2 is probably the best game ever. Revolutionary for it's time. Valve always sets the bar for the video game industry. This game was years ahead of anything else that came out around 2004.

Not quite as strong as every other Half-Life entry but still really good

So heartbreaking that there was never an episode three. Probably the biggest cliffhanger in any video game ever.

Probably the most mind-blowing game I've ever played. And I'm not really even into card games.
