I was so excited for this game. At the time I was obsessed with Sonic adventure 1 and 2 so this was gonna be awesome. I got it. Beat it in two weeks and I lied to myself and I said I loved. My friends and I were hyped and raved about it. A week after that we all got real and shared about how much we didn’t like it. The levels are cool and their are some good ideas. But man it’s janky and some times unplayable due to glitches and the controls. The team mechanic really slows down the pace of the game wih you blazing through as Sonic to suddenly have to slow down as knuckles and break walls. The bosses aren’t interesting and story mode is uninteresting with each teams levels basically being the same except for some added things here and there. Then there is team chaotix, a story mode that has you completing missions to beat the level such as finding hermit crabs or beating a certain amount of bad guys. But it’s can get a lot more tedious than it sounds. The reward for 100 percent completion is not worth it. You unlock hard mode for Sonic’s team only and it’s basically you playing team Sonic in Shadows levels. The game has not aged well. Don’t waste your time
