cars and tracks are stunning but there isn't much variety, a lack of real life tracks (Seriously they couldn't get the suzuka license in time so they put in their own track design and then kinda just left it there lol)

tire model and phsics are loads behind the competition as well

Content wise it's massive due to mods but mod quality varies by author, its general UI is unintuitive and confusing at first and is just unintuitive by the time you stop being confused

Theres no better sandbox racing sim on the market though, you can run touge's with your friends one day and be racing gt3 on monza the next

Doesn't compare to CS on a competative level

It's more casual and it's just all around boring

Not to mention the intrusive anti-cheat fucked with my fanatec racing wheel drivers causing it to brick

CSGO: Lose 600 dollars to virtual skins
Valorant: Loose 700 dollars because it's developers are a wannabe surveillance state

I'm sure the story is great but it's just daaaaaaaaaaamn unplayable

nearly unbearable characters, stopped playing after I got to the swampy planet

The game itself is missed opportunities and the real 5 star experience is gotten with the help of mods

The gameplay is really good but the story isn't there, the open world is boring, and the story is clearly unfinished

thanks, Konami

Probably the most well crafted and believable open world in the industry, the story is incredibly well written

It's weaknesses lie in it's restricted and set gameplay path during missions and this is a formula that I'd like to see rockstar re-examine in the future because it feels kind of dated at this point especially after games like MGSV

One of the best written games ever, the sidequests are some of the best in gaming history and it's dlc's match up to the main game

However the combat isn't perfect but it's still enjoyable
