@RedBackLoggd - ah I was thinking about Ezio from 2, brotherhood and rev. The culmination of his character. I think it was fine for him to 'break' the creed. Ezio's done enough anyways. Dude's been working 30+ years as an assassin. He's gone through a lot. Does that defend/absolve his wrongdoings? No. Like I said earlier he's imperfect. Every AC game I've played interprets the creed in different ways. They bend, break, hold steady. The link I posted earlier sums up his experience in Rev. As well as his final words before the video ends.

I respectfully disagree breaking the creed "...no other purpose than creating drama & action set pieces." There's more at play beyond the tenets. I understand that's disappointing for you. Perhaps when I replay the games in the future. I'll see whether my earlier statements still hold weight or become discarded. Or perhaps something new arrives.
