Very solid chapter. Amazing meta ending. Plus, the change in the protagonist was a good choice so now there wasn’t 5 hours of SoL content. Yay!

ok. don't know why i played the genesis version.

Today's gaming aside, I wished I kept my fat PlayStation 3 from my childhood. Back then it was just a nice fancy DVD player that I played shitty JRPGs and Call of Duty on but now I really want to play some of the console's best like Metal Gear Solid 4 and the Yakuza games along with the feeling to play games like that on playable original hardware and not a fucking $50000 PC rig with a 5 GHz just to play MGS4 at a stable 30 FPS. (Part 4 of a full Review)

Amazing. Horrific and unpredictable. The ending was very interesting and the slice of life content has started to grow on me.

What happened to Chapter 2 taking millennia to finish?

It’s fun when you’re good.

Music is great. Story is great. Gameplay is meh. Fuck Midori in the early game.

Well that was the dumbest game ever.

Pagemaster on Gb has a hidden dick game

"There are two more Cheat flags that may be enabled. Enable the Cheat flags menu first, do not set any cheat flags, then at the main menu input two more codes: Down, Down, Right, Up, Left, Left, Down, Right and Up, Up, Left, Down, Right, Right, Up, Left. After each sequence the sound will be heard. First one changes the bonus game dangerous falling objects into Fergus McGovern's (the founder of Probe software itself) face, similar to the Genesis version of Mortal Kombat II. The second one turns the main character in the bonus game into a penis, for some reason."

Shin Megami Tensei if isn't good. I can tell you that immediately. This game shows that it was made quickly and possibly rushed out Atlus' doors. I'd like to note that I played Reiko's route and I'm working on Akira's route at the moment. This game has 6 dungeons (7 in Reiko's) and I'll go over very single one.

World of Pride: Nothing much to talk about. Just your average first dungeon in a Megami Tensei game.

World of Gluttony: Same as Pride. Nothing much to talk about.

World of Sloth: Oh ho ho. OH HO HO. OH AH AH AH AH. fuck this dungeon. Basically, the gimmick of this dungeon is that students on a floor are digging some holes and you have to wait 5-6 moon cycles after you talk to them for them to be done and you fight the boss in one of the tunnels. The dungeon's gimmick is true to the name because moon cycles take for FUCKING ever to come full circle. Encounters make it worse too. Oh yeah, I didn't go through 6 moon cycles. I went through around 10 or 12. This is the worst dungeon in the entire game and if who ever came up with the idea for this dungeon needs to be taken out of the gaming industry immediately.

World of Envy: This one isn't that bad. Your partner, Yumi or Reiko, are out of this dungeon and is fucking with some guy she ran off with. People say that this is the worst dungeon in the entire game but I think that it wasn't so bad because I was looking at a map on GameFAQs the entire time I was playing. At the first boss, if you say yes, you'll get kicked back to the fucking beginning of the entire dungeon. Thankfully, I said no on my first try and didn't get hit by that bullet.

World of Greed: This place is massive but simple. it's like Shin Megami Tensei's final dungeon, Cathedral. This was the only dungeon I used a guide for.

School: Just another dungeon that's kinda big and has some warps. It's meh. Not the worst one. This is the final dungeon unless you're playing Reiko's route.

Hazama's Mind: This is a short dungeon. You go into about 3 or 4 rooms where you see memories of Hazama's past. To be honest, I feel bad for the guy.

That's it. I give this game a C tier. Same tier where I put Shin Megami Tensei II and Persona 4 Golden.

Spoiler Alert: There are zero dinosaurs.
