A 'spot the difference' game taking place in a very unsettling environment. Decent entertainment for the price.

So far this is the game of this genre that better understands the concept of having multiple classes that actually feel different when playing them imo. Also the gear is pretty relevant and not just a bunch of added stats.

Short and fun but not too engaging. Story didn't have me hooked and some of the puzzles were pretty tedious to solve (not hard). It's easy to lose focus and attention in some parts. But it's a first game and I love the concept as I've been a long time fan of The Room series which this game clearly takes inspiration from. Controls sometimes feel a bit clunky (game is a port if I'm not mistaken) and the camera fixed movement sometimes makes it pretty hard to discern important details you need to solve the puzzles and advance.

I'd say you should give it a chance if you like escape room games but don't set your expectations too high.

So far it looks nice, it's entertaining and it has good replayability value. It needs a bit of polishing imo: the characters don't really have much uniqueness to them, most of the time you can play the same build with any of them and it will feel the same. There's also some builds that are clearly out performing the rest ([spoiler] Curse/Time/Justice mainly[spoiler]).

Also, I don't think it's a good idea to use emotes and abbreviated writing in the dialogue as a way of giving characters some sort of personality since not everyone that plays the game is familiar with the expressions/ internet slang and it looks like a pain for later localization/translation while trying to keep the essence of the character's personality.

Outbreak is a fun and interesting extra layer added to the story, although it feels rushed and more plain than the usual Fragments. Bus stop is cool, we always enjoy learning about the origins of the stories we love. And again, more uncomfortable fanservice always touching terrible subjects and using p*d0philia as comic relief which is completely unnecesary in my honest opinion.

Saikoroshi is the only chapter worth reading from this title, the rest are just cringe fanservice.

I think the pacing in this one went terrible and it could have been half as long without affecting the story at all. Still it's a good wrap-up for the series.

Found this one a bit harder to read than the previous chapter because it takes time to build up, but it made me feel so many emotions with all the answers. We finally get the full picture of what's happening and I can't wait to read chapter 8.

Damn, this one even made me cry...

Clean and well designed UI, interesting OST composition. I liked the vibes and the story despite being short has an interesting concept and touches some heavy subjects.

✔️Verified Steam Deck compatibility.

The premise and the mystery surrounding the story looked very cool at first, but it ended up being pretty disappointing. You don't really know what's happening half of the time, and the other half is just the MC being a stupid, edgy, mysoginistic and horny otaku.

It's a pretty weak vn, I would only recommend reading it if you're really invested in reading all the Sci-Adv series, otherwise it's safe to skip directly to Steins;Gate.

A cozy management/crafting game with memorable characters and a story about death and letting go and caring about your loved ones that will make you smile and cry at the same time? I'm in.

It only can get a bit repetitive/annoying if you're trying to achieve 100%.

First chapter of the Answers arc is GOOD. It lacks the painfully slow start from some of the previous chapters and it goes straight to the point, adding a lot of depth to one specific character.

The development of the plot and the answers to some of the mysteries from previous chapters was almost completely unexpected for me. I binged this whole chapter in a single day.

✔️ Tested on Steam Deck, it can run the VN (10/12/2023) but you will need to use touchscreen/virtual keyboard for most of the stuff since controller is not supported.

Despite its flaws it has become one of my favourite VNs. I must say the beginning is a bit slow for my taste and the characters introduction and initial conversations can feel a bit draining at first, but plot gets better pretty quickly and it never goes back to being boring. The time travel plot is really well built and characters are unique, memorable and well written.

The true ending feels a bit... forced? since the whole story until that point is so dramatic and fills you with so much despair and tension. Both Suzuha and Mayuri's endings made me cry so much and I lowkey wish one of those would have been the true ending but still I enjoyed reading this VN a lot.
